আমি ব্যবসা বুঝি না
বিজনেস বলতে আমি বুঝি, যেটাতে কারেজ থাকবে , সাহস , বলিষ্ঠতা, উদ্দ্যমতা থাকবে। অনেকটা এপিক যোদ্ধাদের মতন, বাহুব্ল্ির ধিবর গানের মতন। যার নাম শুনলে মানুষ সমীহ করে, শ্রদ্ধায় মস্তক নত হয়ে যায় , নট ভয়ে । যেমন সিটি ব্যাঙ্ক , এপেক্স , আর নয়তো পার্সোনাল কিছু কৌশল যা আপনাকে তাদের মতন করে । হাঁ , শুরুতে হবে না , কিন্তু আস্তে আস্তে হবে, যাতে বড় বড় ব্যাঙ্ক , কর্পোরেট লোকেরা আপনার কাছে কাজ বা চাকুরি খুঁজে আর নয়তো কোন সমাধান। তাহলে এদিক দিয়ে আপনি ছোট খাট বিজনেস করছেন, কিন্তু বড় ব্যাঙ্কের লোকেরা যখন আপনার সাথে কথা বলে তখন আপনি নিজেই হতাশ ফিল করেন। অনেক সময় মশকরা করতে পারে, যেমন, আপনি ব্যবসা করেন, আমি ছোট খাট জব করি। হেন তেন হাবি জাবি। ওকে ঠিক আছে। তাহলে আপনি ভালো আছেন। এবার সে ব্যাংকারকে বলেন তো , উনার মেয়েকে আপনার সাথে বিয়ে দিবে কিনা। উল্টা গালি দিবে, রাস্তা মুদি দোকান্দার হয়ে এতো উপরে চোখ তুলিস কিভাবে? হয়তো আপনি বলতেই পারেন, ছোট থেকে বড় হয়, কথা ঠিক আছে। বড়লোক হলে উনি মেয়ে না উনার নাতিও আপনার পরিবারের জন্য ঠিক করে যাবে। এই ধরনের ৫-১০ হাজার টাকার বিজনেসকে আমি বিজনেস বলে আমি সন্তুষ্ট পাই না। সেটাকে জীবনের অস্তিত্ব বা টিকে থাকা বলে। নট পাওয়ারফুল সামথিং। হাঁ, আপনি ব্যবসাকে ছোট থেক বড় করবেন কেমনে? জানি না। জানা সম্ভব। তা কিভাবে আমি জানি না। আমি ছোট ছোট উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের মতন বা মুদি দোকানদের মতন দশ পনেরো হাজার টাকার সুযোগ খুজতে পারবো, যেটা হয়তো টিউশনি করে সম্ভব। কিন্তু ব্যবসা বলতে যেটা বুঝি সে দিকে হয়তো যাওয়া যাবে না। মানুষ যে বিজনেস বলতে বিশাল কিছু বুঝে, কোট স্যুট , বাংলো , লাক্সারিয়াস গাড়ি। অনেকে এটাকে পাগলামি বা সামথিং ইলুশন বা ভ্রম বলে। কিন্তু আমি বলতে পারি না। কারন তাদের উন্নতি আমি চোখের সামনেই দেখতে পারছি । তারা তো আর কোট স্যুট ভাড়া করে পড়ে নাই। বাংলো নিজের , ভাড়া থাকে না। তাহলে কিভাবে আমি ভ্রম বা দিবাস্বপ্ন বলতে পারি। হয়তো কিভাবে করছে তা আমি জানতে পারছি না। আর নয়তো আমার এক্সিকিউশনে প্রব্লেম আছে। ব্যবসা বা আপনার উদ্দ্যেগ টানাটানি করে শুরু করা যায়, কিন্তু ঐ অবস্থার মধ্যে থাকলে বুঝতে হবে আপনার জ্ঞান নেই আর নয়তো কোনভাবে সামর্থ্যের অভাব। জানি আমি সম্ভব , কিন্তু কিভাবে তা জানি না। আমার মতন তারাও মানুষ। তাদের উন্নতিকে আমি ঈর্ষা বা অবজ্ঞা করতে পারি না। দুর্নিতির প্রসঙ্গ উঠতেই পারে। কিন্তু সেই প্রসঙ্গে আমি যাবো না । প্রশাসন আছে, আমাকে সেটার দায়িত্ব দেয়া হয় নাই। কিন্তু ভালো মতন যতটা সম্ভব কাজ করা যায়। অনেকটাই সম্ভব। কিন্তু কিভাবে আমি জানি না। ফেইসবুক , গুগল দুর্নিতির কি করেছে? জানি না। বলতেই পারেন সফটওয়্যার প্রগ্রামার হতে নিষেধ করেছে কে ? ঐ যে বললাম , সামর্থ্যের অভাব। প্রোগ্রামিং জানতে হবে এমন না। এটা আপনার কাজ বা নিজের উপর নির্ভর করে। শাকিব ের দিকে তাকান, যেখানে হিরোরা টিকতে পারছে না, সেদিকে তাঁকে নিয়ে পুরো ইন্ডাস্ট্রির হিসাব নিকাশ। কিভাবে কি করে তা জিজ্ঞেস করেন তা আমি বলতে পারবো না। তবে এতুটুকু বলতে পারবো তাঁর এক্সিকিউশন ক্ষমতা বেশি। হুম, শুরুর দিকে তেমন ছিল না। এখন টপ টেন বাংলাদেশ ধনীদের একজন। এখন বলতে পারেন, আমি পারি না কেন, আমি বলবো আমি জানি, জ্ঞানের অভাব। আবার বলতে পারেন, আপনি জানেন যে বিষয়ে জ্ঞানের অভাব সে বিষয়ে জানতে পারছে না কেন ? কি জানি না কিভাবে জানব সেটাই জানি না। প্রব্লেম । সবার মতন ক্লাস ওয়ান টু পাস করলে আপনি অন্যদের মতন আস্তে আস্তে ভালো ব্যবসা কেন করতে পারবেন না ? জানি না ।
কোন প্রতিষ্ঠান বা সংগঠন থেকে যদি নিউজলেটার পাবলিশ করা হয়, তাহলে মিনিমাম সেখানে ১ লাখ টাকার স্পন্সর পাওয়া যাবে। হয়তো সেখানে ১০০-২০০ পেপার সেল করতে কষ্ট হয়ে যায়। কিন্তু একটা লেবুর শরবর বিক্রেতা বা দোকানদার মাসে ১-২ হাজার গ্লাস বিক্রি করলে তাঁর চলতে কষ্ট হয়ে যায়। এক আইসস্ক্রিম বিক্রেতা তাঁর শুধু গাড়িটা কোম্পানি থেকে যদি তাঁর সেল টার্গেট থাকে , আর সেটা সেল করতে তাঁর ৪-৫ বছর লেগে যায়। অথচ, তাঁর যাতায়াত ভিআইপি সব রাস্তা দিয়েই। মানুষ আসছে , শুধু বিলবোর্ডের মতন দেখে যাচ্ছে তা না , ইন্টারেকশন , রিকারিং সব হচ্ছে , টাকার লেনদেনও হচ্ছে , ছোট বাচ্চাদের মুখে হাসিও আসছে। গুরত্বএর দিক দিয়ে অনেকটা এগিয়ে আছে। কিত্ন তাঁর জীবনে উঠতে কষ্ট হচ্ছে । ঝড় বৃস্টি বা কাস্টমারদের সংখ্যা কম বেশি , নিজের পরিবারের খরচ সব মিলিয়ে তাঁর ৫-১০ হাজার টাকা হতো সেইভ করতে পারবে। কিত্নু চিকিৎসা বা কোন দুর্ঘটনায় সেটা খরচ হয়ে যাচ্ছে । তারপর দেখা যাবে , তাঁর ছেলে মেয়ে বড় হলে এই দিকে আর হয়তো সে উৎসাহ দিবে না , জানি না সমস্যা কোথায়। এখনো বুঝতে পারছি না ।
হয়তো মুটিভেশণ গল্প সুনাবেন , গাড়্রির গ্যারেজ থেকে আজকে এমাজন এতদুর আসছে। ওকে !! কংগ্রাচুলেশন। !! আপনি জানেন কিভাবে এমাজন এতদুর আসছে।এখন আপনি এমাজন হবার জন্য যা করার করে ফেলেন, এমাজন হয়ে যান। তারপর বেঁচে থাকলে আপনি আমাকে অটোগ্রাফ দিবেন, স্টেজে কথা বলবেন, বলবেন কিভাবে আসছেন , আশা করি তখন আপনার সব স্ত্রাটেজি শেয়ার করবেন, গোপন করবেন না।
এখন আপনি বলবেন টানাটানি করে কি সংসার চলে না। হাঁ, চলে তো। যখন বাচ্চার পড়ালেখা , চিকিৎসার বা কোনদিক দিয়ে টান পড়বে শ্বশুর বাড়ি পাঠিয়ে দিবে, আর নয়তো রাস্তায়। শ্বশুর বাড়ি যদি আপনার প্রেমিকের বিপদের আশ্রয়স্থল হয় , তাঁকে সেখানেই রেখে দেন না , আর নিজের দিকে আনার দরকার কি ? কি জন্য সংসার পাতার স্বপন দেখেন , নিজের উন্নতির সপ্ন দেখেন । এখন আপনি বলতেই পারেন , আপনি কি আমার সংসার ভাঙ্গার প্ল্যান করছেন, আমি বলবো না!! সংসার আপনার দুক্ষে কষ্টে ভালোমতন চলে যাবে। আমি চাই কিছু না হোক। সবার জীবন ভালো মতন চলুক । কিন্তু আপনার বিজনেস ক্যারিয়ারের গ্রোথ কিভাবে হবে , সেই বিষয়ে জানা থাকার জরুরি। সেটাই আমি জানতে পারছি না । মাঝে মাঝে মনে হয় নিজের মাথায় নিজেই বাড়ি দিচ্ছি । হাঁ, অনেক বড় বড় অনেক উদ্দ্যেগ দেখেছি, কিন্তু আমি জানি না, কিভাবে এক্সিকিউশন করে। আসলে কি জানি না তাই জানি না। বলতে পারেন, আগে রাস্তায় নামেন, তারপর সব দেখবেন, দেখলাম তো ঐ যে লেবু , আইসস্ক্রিম বিক্রেতা। তারপর আর কিছু দেখি না। এখন কোটি টাকা দিয়ে দোকান দিতে, আমার পক্ষে তা সম্ভব না, লেবু বিক্রি করে মাসে ১০ হাজার টাকা পেতে কষ্ট হয়ে যাবে , ভাতের খরচ আছে , থাকার খরচ আছে, পরিবার আছে, বাবা মা থাকলে তাদের চিকিৎসার খরচ পাটি আছে, নাকি এই ধরনের হিসাব সেটাও আমার দিবাস্বপন। টাকা আসুক আর না আসুক চারপাশের মানুষকে নিয়ে থাকতে হলে, বাচতে হলে আপনাকে চাহিদার যোগান দিয়ে যেতে হবে । আর এইগুলাকে ব্যবসা বলে নাকি জীবিকা বলে তা আমি জানি না। কয়েকজন প্রফেসর লেভেল এ লোকজন তো এগুলোকে জীবিকা বলতে আমি শুনেছি। এখন আমাকে জিজ্ঞেস করেন , আমিও একমত। মিল্ক ভিটা আড়ং দুধ না নিলে গোয়ালাদের এক বেলা ভাত বন্ধ হয়ে যায়।
সেটাকে আমি কিভাবে ব্যবসা বলতে পারি? তেমনি ফেইসবুকে দোকানের পেইজ খুলে অনলাইন শপ চালু করে দেয়াকে কি বলে জানি না, তাহলে আজকেল ডিল কি করে, আর যে ফেইসবুক উদ্যেক্তা বানায় সেই ফেইসবুক কি করে, এরা যা করে এদেরকে কি বলে।
এখন দেখি গরু লোণ দেয়ার নামে সরকার উদ্দেয়ক্তা কর্মসূচি নামে বিভিন্ন প্রশিক্ষণ দেয়ায়। এটা নিঃসন্দেহে অনেক ভালো উদ্দ্যেগ। কিন্তু মুরগি পালন, মাছ চাষ , গরু পালন এগুলো কিভাবে উদ্দ্যেক্তা কর্মসূচি হতে পারে আমি জানি না। এগুলো দারিদ্র বিমোচন কর্মসুচি হতে পারে। হাঁ, এখন যদি তাঁর খামার হয় সেখান থেকে পাঁচ দশ লাখ টাকা আসে তারপর কিছু লোকের কর্মসংস্থান হয় তাহলে সেটাকে উদ্দ্যেগ দেয়া যেতে পারে। একটা বড় খামার বা বড় কোন উদ্দেয়গ কিভাবে ধাপে ধাপে নেয়া যায় - সেই ধরনের প্রশিক্ষণ বা সাপোর্ট দেয়া হয় কিনা আমার জানা নাই। কিন্তু এটা করতে আমার জমি লাগবে, এখন জমি কে দিবে ? জানি না। বুঝলাম গ্রামে এটা কষ্ট আপনি চালায় নিলেন, প্রান্তিক কৃষকদের জমি নাই, পুকুর নাই, সেখানে কিভাবে তারা জীবনে উন্নতি করবে তা আমি জানি না। তারপর শহরে লোকদের চিন্তা কে করবে? তারা এই ধরনের ট্রেনিং কিভাবে পাবে? কিভাবে কি করবে ? জানি না। এখন বলতে পারেন, মানুষের কাছে কাজ খুজবে। কিন্তু আবার দেখি অনেকে বলে ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং বেইজড বা উৎপাদন শীল বাজার জাত কমে যাচ্ছে, এই ধরনের অনেক কথাবার্তা শুনি। জানি না সরকারে আদৌ কোন চিন্তা আছে কিনা। অন্যের জমি দখল করে ফ্রাইওভার হবে, রাস্তাঘাট হবে, চার লেন হবে পাঁচ লেন হবে সেই রাস্তা দিয়ে বড় বড় ভিআইপি রা যাবে, সি আইপি রা যাবে। অনেক সুন্দর দৃশ্য। হা,এখন কি রাস্তাঘাট হবে না। অবশ্যই হবে। ইনফ্রাস্ট্রাকচার ডেভেলেপমেন্ট অবশ্যই দরকার। কিন্তু আপনি রাস্তা ঘাট বানানর সময় যাদের কাছ থেকে জমিগুলা নিলেন তারা ঠিকমতন টাকা বুঝিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে কিনা সেটার খবর কে রাখে, আপনি টোল থেকে বা দ্রব্যমুল্যের দাম বাড়িয়ে যেভাবে হোক আপনি বিদেশি ব্যাঙ্ক থেকে লোণ শোধ করলেন , কিন্তু যাদের কাছ থেকে জমিটা পেলেন তারা কি পেলো? আমি বলবো জানি না। কারন অনেকের কাছে এটাই শেষ সম্বল। তারা তো আর সাধে গিয়ে সরকারের কাছে জমি বিক্রি করে নাই। অনেকটা জোর করে নেয়া হয়েছে। এখন টোল থেকে বা সরকারি ফান্ড থেকে তাদের জন্য টাকা দেয়া হোক। তাহলে বড় বড় সিআইপি বা ভুমিদশ্যু আর সরকারের মধ্যে তফাত কি আমার জানা নেই। কারণ , ঐ জমিতে ধান চাষ করতে পারতো, বা তাদের দুঃসময়ে কাজে লাগতো , সরকার কি তখন তাদেরকে সাপোর্ট দিবে? আমি জানি না। আর জমির দলিল কিভাবে জাল হয় সেটা আমার জানা নেই। আর জোর করে কেন জমি দখল করবে, আমাকে কেন হাইকোর্টে দৌড়াতে হবে, সেটা আমার জানা নেই। হাইকোর্ট তো সরকারের, সরকার আপনাকে কি টাকা দেয় ? আমি বলবো আমি জানি না ।
হাঁ, আপনি বলতে পারেন শুরু করলে হয়ে যায়, হতে পারে , কিন্তু আমার বেলায় হয় নাই। আমি হোটেল - রেস্টুরেন্ট কাচা তরকারি বা যা লাগবে তাই সাপ্লাই দিতে চেয়েছিলাম, কিন্তু সম্ভব হয় নাই। কেউ আমাকে অর্ডার দেয় নাই। অর্ডার পাওয়াটাই মনে হয় সৌভাগ্যের ব্যাপার। সেখান থেকে কতুটুকু লাভ বা কিভাবে চলবো আমি জানি না।

সরকার যখন উদ্দ্যেক্তা ব্যবসায়ী - তাহলে আমরা উদ্দ্যেক্তারা কেন ট্যাক্স দেই -
সরকারকে দেখলাম ইলার্নিং এর দিকে ভালোই মনোযোগ দিচ্ছে । মুক্তপাঠ সহ আরও কিছু সরকারিভাবে ইলার্নিং সাইট তৈরি হচ্ছে। সরকারিভাবে ট্রেনিং দেয়া হচ্ছে । আর এদের ফাউন্ডার পর্যায়ে একটু তাকালেই বোঝা যাবে, এদের বেশির ভাগ লোকই সরকারির ভালো ভালো পর্যায়ের। কিন্তু ব্যাপারটা কি কতটুকু আনন্দের ব্যাপার তা আমার বোধগম্য নয়।সরকারি ভাবে ফ্রিল্যান্সিং বা উদ্যেক্তা বা ইকমার্স ট্রেনিং দেয়া হচ্ছে । অনেক অরগাইনেসজন এর মাধ্যমেও এই ধরনের উদ্দ্যেগ নেয়া হচ্ছে। শুভ উদ্দ্যেগ। উদ্দ্য্যেক্তাদের ট্রেনিং এর তো অবশ্যই দরকার। কিন্তু সরকার , এসোসিয়েশন বা অরগাইনেসজন কেন ? কোম্পানি এখানে থাকতে পারে না কেন?
সরকার ট্রেনিং কোম্পানি যারা আছে তাদেরকে নিয়ে বসবে , আর নয়তো এসোসিয়েশন বা অরগাইনেজনকে বলবে। তাদের মেম্বার কোম্পানিগুলো দেরকে নিয়ে ট্রেনিং দিবে। কিন্তু অরগাইনেসজন বা এসোসিয়েশনও দেখি, পার্সোনাল ভাবে ট্রেনিং দেয়ায়, মেম্বার কোম্পানির মারফত না। এখানেও যদি ইগোর প্রব্লেম থাকে , তাহলে কিভাবে কি হবে? সরকারি পর্যায়ে কোম্পানির নাম যায় কিনা তা আমি জানি না। কারন ট্রেইনারের সাক্ষরের সময় ট্রেইনারের নাম যায়, কোম্পানির নামের জায়গা দেখি নাই। উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের জায়গা যদি কোথাও না হয়, তাহলে উদ্দ্যেক্তারা কোম্পানি কেন বানায় , মেম্বার কেন হয়, ট্যাক্সের বোঝা কেন মাথায় নেয় , সরকারিভাবে দেখলাম অনলাইন শপও করা হয়েছে , বিকাশের মতন পেইমেন্ট সার্ভিসও বের করেছে। সরকার যদি সব করে তাহলে উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের জায়গা কোথায়? উদ্দ্যেক্তা নিয়ে এতো আয়োজন, পরিকল্পনা কিসের তা আমি জানি না। উলটো সরকারের উচিত ছিল , অনলাইন শপ , পেইমেন্ট গেইওয়ে সার্ভিসের ট্রেনিং দেয়া।
কারণ, আমি যতুটুকু জানি , সরকার ব্যবসা করতে পারে না। সরকার উদ্দ্যেক্তা বা ব্যবসায়ীদেরকে সাপোর্ট দিবে। কিন্তু এখন ধারণাটা উলটো। সরকারের মন্ত্রী বা উচ্চ পর্যায়ে , সেনাবাহিনীর কিছু লোক স্টার্ট আপ বা অন্যান্য ব্যবসাতে কাজ করছে। এখন সরকার জনগণকে উদ্দ্যেক্তা নামক ট্র্যাম্প কার্ডে উৎসাহ দিয়ে সরকার এখন নিজেই উদ্দ্যেক্তা হচ্ছে, ব্যাপারটা কি দেশের জন্য কতুটুকু ভালো তা আমি বুঝতে পারছি না। সরকারের পজিশন বা পদের খমতার সাথে সাধারণ ছোট উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের শক্তিতে কুলাবে না। কোথায় তারা ছোট ছোট ব্যবসায়ী বা উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের সাপোর্ট দিবে, তারা উল্টা পজিশনের বসে ভালো ব্যবসা করছে। ওকে !! সরকার বলতেই পারেন, এখন কি আমি
ব্যবসা বন্ধ করতে পারি ? আমি বলবো আমি জানি না। তাহলে তারা ট্যাক্স ফাকি দিবে বা পজিশনের ক্ষমতা দিয়ে বড় বড় নিজের ব্যবসা করে যাবে, বড় বড় ডিল করবে, তারা নিজেরাই আলিবাবা এমাজন হতে যাবে। তাহলে ছোট বা নতুন উদ্দ্যেক্তারা কি করবে? তাদের তো অতো ক্ষমতা নেই । সরকার যদি নিজেই ব্যবসা করবে, তাহলে উদ্দ্যেক্তা বা ব্যবসায়ীদের উপর ট্যাক্সের বোঝা কেন পড়বে, তা আমি বুঝতে পারছি না।
সরকার কোথায় নতুন উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের এক্সপোর্ট ইম্পোর্ট শিখাবে বা ক্লায়েন্ট খুঁজে দেয়া বা চুক্তিতে সহায়তা করা এই ধরনের কাজে সহায়তা করার কথা। অথছ সরকারের পজিশনের লোকজনরাই দেখি দাপটের সাথে কাজ করছে । তাহলে সাধারণ উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের জায়গা কোথায়? তারা ত সরকারি পজিশনের সুযোগ সুবিধা পাবে না। এখন তাদের পজিশনের চেয়ে ব্যবসা এতো বড় হয়ে যায়, তাহলে তারা পজিশন ছেড়ে দিয়ে ব্যবসা করলেই পারে। নিষেধ কে করেছে ? ইলার্নিং ব্যাপারটা সরকার একা করবে কেন ? তাহলে দেশীয় স্টার্ট আপ গুলা উৎসাহ পাবে কোথা থেকে?
বরং সরকার সব স্টার্ট আপ গুলা নিয়ে বসে কাজ করলেই পারে। বা সরকারের কিছু প্ল্যান থাকলে তা স্টার্ট আপ গুলাকে বললেই তারা তা বাস্তবায়ন করে দিবে। হ্যাঁ। এখন সরকার তো আমাদের মতই সাধারণ মানুষ। ইগো প্রব্লেম থাকতেই পারে। ফান্ড কেন এদেরকে দিবো?
নো প্রব্লেম । তাহলে স্কুল কলেজ আছে , স্কুল কলেজ , ভার্সিটি কেন্দ্রিক ইলার্নিং সাইট করা হোক। সরকার কেন একা করবে? স্কুল থেকে বা
ভার্সিটি থেকে নাকি টিচার ডেকে নাকি শিক্ষামুলক ভিডিও সম্প্রচার করানো হবে। তা সরকার আর জনগণ দেখবে। কেন স্কুল কলেজে ইলার্নিং সাইট বানিয়ে তা সরকার প্রচার মাধ্যমে প্রচার করলেই পারে। সাধারণ ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা তা দেখবে। তারাও উৎসাহ পাবে। নাকি দেশের স্কুল কলেজের নাম দেখালে বা প্রচার করতেও কারোর ইগোতে সমস্যা হবে। কেন এমাইটি , হার্ভার্ডে অনলাইন ইলার্নিং সাইট নেই।
দেশে বড় বড় ফ্লাইওভার হচ্ছে , মেট্রোরেল হচ্ছে , দেশে কাজ করছে কে , সরকার, আর বিদেশ থেকে কাজ করছে কারা? প্রাইভেট প্রতিষ্ঠান !!! বিদেশি সরকার সেখান থেকে আরও তাদের ব্যবসায়ীদেরকে সাপোর্ট দিচ্ছে । গ্যাস ফিলডে তাকালে দেখা যাবে তিতাস কাজ করে , বিদেশ থেকে কাজ করে প্রাইভেট প্রতিষ্ঠান। ওয়াসা, সড়ক সব জায়গাতে একই অবস্থা। ব্যবসা বলতে যদি কিছু থাকে সেটা ঠিকাদারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের!! তাহলে দেশে ব্যবসা , বা উদ্দ্যেক্তা কলেবর কিভাবে বাড়বে? আমি বলবো জানি না । এদিক দিয়ে সরকার বলে ব্যবসায়ি , উদ্দেয়ক্তাদের সংখ্যা বাড়াবে, আবার এদিক দিয়ে চাকুরি চাকুরি করে। চাকুরির চাহিদা আগেও ছিল , ভবিষয়তেও থাকবে। কিন্তু ভালো ব্যবসা বা উদ্দ্যেক্তা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হলে সেটা আর ফিরে আসে না। কারন, ইমেজ ইস্যুর প্রব্লেম থাকে।
হাঁ, সরকার এখন হিংসা বা ইগোর কারণে বিদেশি প্রতিষ্ঠানকে আরও বেশি করে সাপোর্ট দিবে, তাদের থেকে সুযোগসুবিধাও বেশি পাওয়া যাবে বলে। তাহলে কিছু বলার নাই। ফেইসবুক, গুগল, মাইক্রোসফট সব এমেরিকান স্থায়ি প্রতিষ্ঠান। সরকার থেকে ভালো সাপোর্ট পেয়েছে বলে তারা আজকে এখানে আসতে পেরেছে। এখন সরকারি লোকজন নিজেরা ব্যবসা না করে , তারা যদি নতুন উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের এভাবে সাপোর্ট বা ট্রেনিং দিতো , তাহলে অনেক দূর যাওয়া যেতো। অনেকে বলে দেশে আলিবাবা নাই, এমাজনের মতন কোম্পানি নাই। আলিবাবা , এমাজন আসলে দেশে সরকারি মহলে অনেক টাকা আসবে, আসতেই পারে। দেশিয় উদ্দেয়ক্তাদের সাপোর্ট দিলে কি এই ধরনের কোম্পানি হতে পারতো না। অবশ্যই হতে পারতো। আমি তো দেখছি হচ্ছে।
স্যাটেলাইট এর প্রসঙ্গ আসলে সরকার আসছে , কেন এটা দেশীয় কোন টিম বানিয়ে তাদেরকে ট্রেনিং ব্যবস্থা করে এ ধরনের কাজ করানো যেতো না। আমি তো জানি সরকারের আগেই এই কাজ হয়েছে। ব্রাক সরকারের আগেই এই ধরনের স্যাটেলাইট এর কাজ করেছে, করছে। এখন ঐ যে ইগো প্রব্লেম । এখন ব্র্যাক এর সাথে কাজ করতে যদি সমস্যা হয় , তাহলে নতুন কোন টিমদের অবিজ্ঞ করে নেয়া হোক। একটা স্যাটেলাইট পাঠিয়েছে, এখন সামনে নাকি আরও স্যাটেলাইট পাঠাবে। সেটা দেশীয় টিম দ্বারা পাঠাক। সরকারের ভিতর অবিজ্ঞ লোক নাই যায় তা না, তারা নতুন উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের সাপোর্ট দিলেই পারে।
এখন অনেকে বলতে পারেন, বাংলাদেশে ইনোভেশন হচ্ছে না? অনেক নতুন নতুন তরুন গবেষক হচ্ছে। কিন্তু এটা ঝড়ে বক মরার মতন । এভাবে হুট হাট করে দুই একজন অনেক আশ্চর্জ অনেকে কিছু দেখায়,কিন্তু তাদের মধ্যে ব্যবসায়ীক সফলতা কতজন পেয়েছে , তা আমার জানা নেই। যখন ক্রেজের দরকার পড়বে, ধরে নিয়ে এসে সাপোর্ট দেখাবে, তারপর সব চুপচাপ। তাহলে আর কেমনে আগাবে? আমি চাই , সরকারি মহল নিজে থেকে স্বার্থ সংশ্লিসট কাজে না জড়িয়ে নতুন সাধারন উদ্দেক্তাদের সাপোর্ট আরও বাড়ানো হোক।

সরকারকে দেখলাম ইলার্নিং এর দিকে ভালোই মনোযোগ দিচ্ছে । মুক্তপাঠ সহ আরও কিছু সরকারিভাবে ইলার্নিং সাইট তৈরি হচ্ছে। সরকারিভাবে ট্রেনিং দেয়া হচ্ছে । আর এদের ফাউন্ডার পর্যায়ে একটু তাকালেই বোঝা যাবে, এদের বেশির ভাগ লোকই সরকারির ভালো ভালো পর্যায়ের। কিন্তু ব্যাপারটা কি কতটুকু আনন্দের ব্যাপার তা আমার বোধগম্য নয়।সরকারি ভাবে ফ্রিল্যান্সিং বা উদ্যেক্তা বা ইকমার্স ট্রেনিং দেয়া হচ্ছে । অনেক অরগাইনেসজন এর মাধ্যমেও এই ধরনের উদ্দ্যেগ নেয়া হচ্ছে। শুভ উদ্দ্যেগ। উদ্দ্য্যেক্তাদের ট্রেনিং এর তো অবশ্যই দরকার। কিন্তু সরকার , এসোসিয়েশন বা অরগাইনেসজন কেন ? কোম্পানি এখানে থাকতে পারে না কেন?
সরকার ট্রেনিং কোম্পানি যারা আছে তাদেরকে নিয়ে বসবে , আর নয়তো এসোসিয়েশন বা অরগাইনেজনকে বলবে। তাদের মেম্বার কোম্পানিগুলো দেরকে নিয়ে ট্রেনিং দিবে। কিন্তু অরগাইনেসজন বা এসোসিয়েশনও দেখি, পার্সোনাল ভাবে ট্রেনিং দেয়ায়, মেম্বার কোম্পানির মারফত না। এখানেও যদি ইগোর প্রব্লেম থাকে , তাহলে কিভাবে কি হবে? সরকারি পর্যায়ে কোম্পানির নাম যায় কিনা তা আমি জানি না। কারন ট্রেইনারের সাক্ষরের সময় ট্রেইনারের নাম যায়, কোম্পানির নামের জায়গা দেখি নাই। উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের জায়গা যদি কোথাও না হয়, তাহলে উদ্দ্যেক্তারা কোম্পানি কেন বানায় , মেম্বার কেন হয়, ট্যাক্সের বোঝা কেন মাথায় নেয় , সরকারিভাবে দেখলাম অনলাইন শপও করা হয়েছে , বিকাশের মতন পেইমেন্ট সার্ভিসও বের করেছে। সরকার যদি সব করে তাহলে উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের জায়গা কোথায়? উদ্দ্যেক্তা নিয়ে এতো আয়োজন, পরিকল্পনা কিসের তা আমি জানি না। উলটো সরকারের উচিত ছিল , অনলাইন শপ , পেইমেন্ট গেইওয়ে সার্ভিসের ট্রেনিং দেয়া।
কারণ, আমি যতুটুকু জানি , সরকার ব্যবসা করতে পারে না। সরকার উদ্দ্যেক্তা বা ব্যবসায়ীদেরকে সাপোর্ট দিবে। কিন্তু এখন ধারণাটা উলটো। সরকারের মন্ত্রী বা উচ্চ পর্যায়ে , সেনাবাহিনীর কিছু লোক স্টার্ট আপ বা অন্যান্য ব্যবসাতে কাজ করছে। এখন সরকার জনগণকে উদ্দ্যেক্তা নামক ট্র্যাম্প কার্ডে উৎসাহ দিয়ে সরকার এখন নিজেই উদ্দ্যেক্তা হচ্ছে, ব্যাপারটা কি দেশের জন্য কতুটুকু ভালো তা আমি বুঝতে পারছি না। সরকারের পজিশন বা পদের খমতার সাথে সাধারণ ছোট উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের শক্তিতে কুলাবে না। কোথায় তারা ছোট ছোট ব্যবসায়ী বা উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের সাপোর্ট দিবে, তারা উল্টা পজিশনের বসে ভালো ব্যবসা করছে। ওকে !! সরকার বলতেই পারেন, এখন কি আমি
ব্যবসা বন্ধ করতে পারি ? আমি বলবো আমি জানি না। তাহলে তারা ট্যাক্স ফাকি দিবে বা পজিশনের ক্ষমতা দিয়ে বড় বড় নিজের ব্যবসা করে যাবে, বড় বড় ডিল করবে, তারা নিজেরাই আলিবাবা এমাজন হতে যাবে। তাহলে ছোট বা নতুন উদ্দ্যেক্তারা কি করবে? তাদের তো অতো ক্ষমতা নেই । সরকার যদি নিজেই ব্যবসা করবে, তাহলে উদ্দ্যেক্তা বা ব্যবসায়ীদের উপর ট্যাক্সের বোঝা কেন পড়বে, তা আমি বুঝতে পারছি না।
সরকার কোথায় নতুন উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের এক্সপোর্ট ইম্পোর্ট শিখাবে বা ক্লায়েন্ট খুঁজে দেয়া বা চুক্তিতে সহায়তা করা এই ধরনের কাজে সহায়তা করার কথা। অথছ সরকারের পজিশনের লোকজনরাই দেখি দাপটের সাথে কাজ করছে । তাহলে সাধারণ উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের জায়গা কোথায়? তারা ত সরকারি পজিশনের সুযোগ সুবিধা পাবে না। এখন তাদের পজিশনের চেয়ে ব্যবসা এতো বড় হয়ে যায়, তাহলে তারা পজিশন ছেড়ে দিয়ে ব্যবসা করলেই পারে। নিষেধ কে করেছে ? ইলার্নিং ব্যাপারটা সরকার একা করবে কেন ? তাহলে দেশীয় স্টার্ট আপ গুলা উৎসাহ পাবে কোথা থেকে?
বরং সরকার সব স্টার্ট আপ গুলা নিয়ে বসে কাজ করলেই পারে। বা সরকারের কিছু প্ল্যান থাকলে তা স্টার্ট আপ গুলাকে বললেই তারা তা বাস্তবায়ন করে দিবে। হ্যাঁ। এখন সরকার তো আমাদের মতই সাধারণ মানুষ। ইগো প্রব্লেম থাকতেই পারে। ফান্ড কেন এদেরকে দিবো?
নো প্রব্লেম । তাহলে স্কুল কলেজ আছে , স্কুল কলেজ , ভার্সিটি কেন্দ্রিক ইলার্নিং সাইট করা হোক। সরকার কেন একা করবে? স্কুল থেকে বা
ভার্সিটি থেকে নাকি টিচার ডেকে নাকি শিক্ষামুলক ভিডিও সম্প্রচার করানো হবে। তা সরকার আর জনগণ দেখবে। কেন স্কুল কলেজে ইলার্নিং সাইট বানিয়ে তা সরকার প্রচার মাধ্যমে প্রচার করলেই পারে। সাধারণ ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা তা দেখবে। তারাও উৎসাহ পাবে। নাকি দেশের স্কুল কলেজের নাম দেখালে বা প্রচার করতেও কারোর ইগোতে সমস্যা হবে। কেন এমাইটি , হার্ভার্ডে অনলাইন ইলার্নিং সাইট নেই।

স্টার্ট আপ বিষয়ে আমি এতদিন যা জানলাম---
আগে কোন বিষয়ে দক্ষ হতে হবে তারপর আপনার ব্যবসার ফ্রেম অয়ার্ক তৈরি করতে হবে , অর্থাৎ যেটাকে mvp বলে, সার্ভিস দিলে কিভাবে দিবেন , কি কি লাগবে , কাকে দিবেন। ধুরন আপনি সফটওয়্যার রিলেটেড কোন সার্ভিস দিতে চান , অথবা ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সার্ভিস। ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সার্ভিস দিলে প্রথমে যে সার্ভিস দিবেন সেটা কোন কোন বিষয়ে দিতে পারেন , হতে পারে ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং , ওয়েব ডেভেলাপমেন্ট , এস ই ও সার্ভিস, ভিডিও কন্টেন্ট , সফটওয়্যার অথবা এপ্স ডেভেলাপমেন্ট । অর্থাৎ আপনাকে প্রডাক্ট অথবা সার্ভিস রিলেটেড বিষয়গুলা ভালো করে জানতে হবে। কোন কোন জায়গায় কাস্টমার অসুবিধায় পড়লে আপনি সেখানে সার্ভিস প্রদান করতে পারবেন বা আপনার সার্ভিস বা প্রডাক্ট কাজে আসবে এই সব বিষয়ে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে। এটি ভালো করে জানতে পারলে আপনার কন্টেন্ট মার্কেটিং এ অনেক সুবিধা হবে। কারন , আপনার প্রডাক্ট অথবা সার্ভিস বা মার্কেটিং অথবা প্রডাক্ট ডেভেলাপমেন্ট আপনার চেয়ে কেউ ভালো জানে না।
তারপর সেই বিষয়ে কিভাবে প্রান সঞ্চার করতে হয় সেটা জানতে হবে , অর্থাৎ mvp বা ডায়াগ্রামের এর পরে এর পর আপনি কি করবেন ? আপনাকে ফান্ড বা প্রডাক্ট বিক্রয়ের জন্য তৈরি হতে হবে । যাতে আপনার রেভিনিউ আসে। আপনার ব্যবসার কৌশল এমন হওয়া উচিত যাতে কাস্টমার বা ব্যবহারকারি থেকে টাকা আসে। তাহলে আপনার ফান্ড পেতে সুবিধা হবে। কারন বিনিয়োগকারি সহজে আপনার প্রডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস ভেল্যু বুঝতে পারে। আর বিনিয়োগকারি টাকা দিতে না চায় , তাহলে আপনার টাকা কাস্টমার থেকে যেন আসতে থাকে। যেমন, আপনার সামনে যে দোকান আছে, সেখানে কিন্তু ক্রেতা আসতেই থাকে, তেমনি আপনার ডিজিটাল স্টোর বা সার্ভিস এর জন্য ক্রেতা বা ব্যবহারকারী আসতেই থাকে। যেমন হতে পারে, হোস্টিং ইউজার, ওয়েব ডেভেলাপমেন্ট সার্ভিস এর জন্য ক্লায়েন্ট বা সফটওয়্যার রিলেটেড ক্লায়েন্ট । তবে ক্লায়েন্ট কিভাবে পেতে হবে সেই বিষয়ে দক্ষতা থাকতেই হবে। কারন এটাতো বাজারের মুদি দোকানের মতন কোন ক্রেতা না ।
ক্লায়েন্ট পেতে থাকেন আর মার্কেটিং করতে থাকেন। মার্কেটিং আপনার সার্ভিস বা পন্যের পরিকল্পনার উপর নির্ভর করে। এখন আপনি সফট ওয়্যার সার্ভিস দিতে চান , আপনি তো আর রান্না বান্নার গ্রুপে যেয়ে প্রমোশন চালাবেন না !! ঠিক তাই। আপনার পন্যের নিশ বা ক্যাটাগরি অনুযায়ী মার্কেটিং করতে হবে। এখন মার্কেটিং জিনিষটা অনেকটা কৌশলের উপর নির্ভর করে। কারোর আছে প্রচার নাই । কিন্তু পটেনশিয়াল বায়ার বেশি , আবার অনেকের দশ টাকা পন্যের মার্কেটিং খরচ কোটি টাকার যেমন ইউনিলিভার, গ্রামীনফোন এই রকম । এরা স্টক বা শেয়ার মার্কেটকে প্রাধান্য দিয়েই এই রকম কাজ করে। যাতে ক্রেতার আস্থা বাড়ে। এই রকম স্টার্ট আপ ও আছে, যেমন পাঠাও , উবার। এরা ঢালাও ভাবে প্রমোশন করে কারন যাতে বিনিয়োগরা আকৃষ্ট হয়।
কিন্তু এখন আপনি আইপিও , শেয়ার স্টক এর কথা বলতেই পারেন , কিভাবে কি করতে হয়। এই আর্টিকেল লেখার পর্যন্ত তেমন কোন আয়ডিয়া নাই । আমার নিজেরেও অনেক প্রশ্ন পরিষ্কার না।
কারন সরকারের কাছে বিনিয়োগকারিদের অনেক দাবি দাওয়া শুনি, অথচ ব্রোকার দের কাছে নাকি একবার শেয়ার কিনতে ২০% টাকা কমিশন দেয়া লাগে আবার বেচতে একই পরিমান টাকা লাগে। সাথে সরকারি ট্যাক্স , ফরম ফিলাপ আরও অনেক হিসাব নিকাশ থাকে। অর্থাৎ , আপনি ৫০০০ টাকা বা এক লাখ টাকা বিনিয়োগ করলে সরকার , ব্রোকারকে খুশি করার পর আপনার কাছে কিছুই থাকে না। আর লাভের অঙ্ক কষতে চাইলে মোটা অঙ্কের বিনিয়োগ করতে হয়। স্টার্ট আপের মধ্যে মনে হয় বিডি জবস, বিকাশ শেয়ার বাজারে লিস্টেড কোম্পানি। এখন আপনি জিজ্ঞেস করতে পারেন, শেয়ার বাজারে আপনার কোম্পানি লিস্টেড হবেন কিভাবে ? হ্যাঁ আপনি বলতেই পারেন DSE সাইটে দেয়া আছে। তাহলে বাকি সফল স্টার্ট আপ গুলা কেন লিস্টেড হতে পারে না , আমি বলবো আমি জানি না। এখন আপনি বলতেই SME এর ব্যাপারে কথা শুনেছিলাম। এই ব্যাপারে আমি কিছুই জানি না।
এখন মার্কেটিং এর ব্যাপারে বলতে গেলে ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং এর ব্যাপারে টুকটাক ব্যাপারে জানতে হবে, যেমন ফেইসবুক, গুগলে বুস্ট দেয়া। এখন নতুন কোন নতুন ডিজিটাল সোর্স পান সেগুলোতে অবশ্যই ট্রাই করবেন। কারন , ওগুলোতে ইম্প্রেশন বা রিচ বা ক্লিক ভালো আসে, দর্শকদের সহজে ফোকাসে আসে। অর্থাৎ টার্গেটিং কাস্টমার ভালো পাওয়া যায়। আমি viki তে ড্রামা দেখাকালীন বাংলা এডও প্রচার করতে দেখেছিলাম । ঈদের সময় বেশি হয়। ভারতে নেটফ্লিক্সেও ভালো এড প্রমোশন চালায়।
প্রডাক্ট এর ব্যাপারে কিছু বলার নাই । ডিজিটাল জায়গায় ডিজিটাল কন্টেন্ট হলে ভালো হয়, এটা যার যার কৌশলের উপর নির্ভর করে । তার মানে কি অফলাইন ফিজিক্যাল প্রডাক্ট বা পন্য নিয়ে প্রমোশন করা যাবে না? অবশ্যই যাবে। যেমন এমাজন করে, ফ্লিপকার্ট করে, বিভিন্ন হেলথ বা স্বাস্থ্য রিলেটেড সার্ভিস আছে, তারা অফলাইন প্রডাক্ট বা পন্য নিয়েই কাজ করে। ডিজিটাল প্রডাক্ট বা কন্টেন্ট এইজন্য ভালো কারন এটা বার বার তৈরি করতে হয় না।
তারপর বিনিয়োগকারিদের কথা। এরা কিভাবে বিনিয়োগ করবে, কি কি দেখবে কিন্তু এই ব্যাপারে আমি বিস্তারিত কিছু বলতে পারবো না । এখন আপনি বলতে পারেন, অনেক ছোট ছোট ওয়েবসাইট এর এতো ভেলু বা এতো টাকায় বিক্রি হচ্ছে , সাইট তো আপনি ও বানাচ্ছেন , প্রমোশন করছেন, আপনার সাইট কি আলিবাবা, ওয়ারেন বাফেট বিকাশ এ যেভাবে বিনিয়োগ করেছে, সেভাবে বিনিয়োগ করবে? বলবেন, হয়তো আপনার কোম্পানির ভেলু নাই। তাহলে আপনার সাইট এর ভেলু বাড়ে না কেন , কিভাবে বাড়বে ? আমি বলবো আমি জানি না।
এখন আপনি বলতে পারেন, দোকান বিক্রি হলে তার পজিশন বিক্রি হবে, কিন্ত দোকান শুধু অনলাইন হলে কিভাবে ভেলু এড হবে? একজন দশ হাজার টাকা দিয়ে সাইট বানালো, তারপর বিশ হাজার টাকা বুস্ট করে একটা ক্রেতা পেলো, এখন এইখেত্রে ভেলু কত? আমি বলবো জানি না, আসলে টাকা কামায় কিভাবে আমি জানি না। এখন আপনি বলতে পারেব দোকানে এক ঘণ্টায় ১০০০ টাকার লেনদেন হলে ঐ দোকানের এক ঘণ্টার ভেলু এক হাজার টাকা, তারপর এটাকে বছরে বা দশ বছরে হিসাব করলে যত হয় তত। এখন এই হিসাব যদি অনলাইন এ করি তাহলে কি চলবে ? আমি হাজার টাকার বুস্ট করলাম, সব কিছু প্রুফ রাখলাম, তারপর একশো টাকার সেল করলাম, তাহলে তার ভেলু কতে হবে? তখন কি আমি ফান্ড পাবো। এমাজন, ফ্লিপকার্ট থাকা সত্ত্বেও আমি সেল করে দিলাম। তাহলে আমি ফান্ড পাবো না কেন?
ডোমেইনর ভেলু তো আর কোম্পানির ভেলু না। আপনার ব্লগ সাইট থেকে আপনার কোম্পানির প্রোডাক্টের পাশাপাশি এফিলিয়েট প্রোগ্রাম করতেই পারেন, সেটাও আস্তে আস্তে স্টার্ট আপ হতে পারে, কিন্তু কিভাবে হবে তা আমি জানি না। তখন কি উবার, পাঠাও, বিকাশের মতন বিলিয়ন ডলার ফান্ড পাবেন, তা আমি জানি না। কিন্তু আপনার প্রতি গুগলের দয়া হলে আপনি স্পন্সর বা এফিলিয়েট করে হ্যান্ডসাম এমাউন্ট ইনকাম করতে পারবেন। কারন, আমার তো ফেইসবুক আইডিও ডিলিট হয়ে যায়, সামান্য বাংলা ব্লগ সাইট খুলেছিলাম, র্যাংকিং আপডাউন করে। একই টপিকস নিয়ে লিখলে আমার র্যাঙ্ক এক রকম থাকবে, নিউজ সাইটের র্যাঙ্ক সবার আগে থাকবে। হ্যাঁ, অনেক র্যাঙ্কিং ফ্যাক্টর আছে, হাবিজাবি অনেক কিছু শুনতে হবে। কিন্তু সরকারি সাইট, গুগলের নতুন সার্ভিস, এমাজনের নতুন সার্ভিস আলাদা ডোমেইন নিয়ে কাজ করলেও তা সবার আগে থাকবে।
এখন আপনি বলতেই পারেন, এই বিনিয়োগকারিদের কাছে আপনার শেয়ার বিক্রি করে ফান্ড পেতে হবে। আমি বলবো 'না'। যেমন কে এফ সি ,ফ্র্যানচাইজি মডেল , কোয়ান্টাম এর মতন সার্ভিস বা ডোনেশন মডেল । অরগানেইজন ভিত্তিক হলে সাধারণত প্রডাক্ট বা স্পন্সর ভিত্তিক মডেল হয়। ওরা নিউজলেটার বা ইভেন্ট করে , সেখানে স্পন্সর বা বিজ্ঞাপন এর প্রচার করে। এখন আপনি বলতে পারেন, সার্চ ইংলিশ কোন মডেল আমি বলবো তা আমি জানি না। হ্যাঁ, অবশ্যই ইংরেজির ভালো প্লাটফর্ম। কিন্তু কোন মডেল আমি জানি না। আমি জানি না রবি কিভাবে টেন মিনিট স্কুলকে ফান্ড দিয়েছে। আরও অনেক গ্রুপ আছে, ভালই মেম্বার আছে। বিশ মিলিয়নের উপর অনেক গ্রুপ মেম্বার আছে। ইউটিউবেও অনেক সাবসাক্রাইব আছে। তাহলে তো তাদেরকে ফান্ড দেবার জন্য বিনিয়োগকারীরা দৌড়াদৌড়ি করতো। আরও অনেক ইলার্নিং ফেইসগ্রুপ আছে, ইউটিউব আছে, তাদেরকে ফান্ড দেয় না কেন? তারা কি ফান্ডের জন্য এপ্লাই করতে পারে না? আমি বলবো তা আমি জানি না।
এখন আপনি আস্তে আস্তে আপনার সার্ভিস বাড়াতে থাকবেন, যেটাকে স্ক্যালেবিলিটি বলে। নতুন প্রডাক্ট বা নতুন সার্ভিস প্রদান করতে থাকবেন। মার্কেট শেয়ার বাড়াতে থাকবেন। এখন মার্কেট শেয়ার বাড়ায় কিভাবে ? কারা এগুলো কিভাবে হিসাব করে- আমি বলবো তা আমি জানি না।
তারপর ফান্ডিং অনেকেই পাই, কিভাবে পাই , আমি জানি না। কারন , আমার চোখের সামনে আমি দেখি নাই। মোটা অঙ্কের ফান্ড পায় কিভাবে ? শুধুমাত্র ইনভেস্ট করে শেয়ার নিয়ে নেয় ? নাকি আরও কিছু ফ্যাক্টর আছে? আমি যা জানি পিচিং করে এপ্লাই করতে হয়। ওকে !! নাইচ এপ্রোচ!!
তাহলে এমাজন ঠিকই ফান্ড পাচ্ছে , এমাজন এ যারা বাই সেল করে অনেকটা ক্ষুদ্র উদ্দ্যেক্তার মতন তারা ফান্ড পাচ্ছে না কেন? অথচ গার্মেন্টস সহ ইন্ডাস্ট্রির অনেক ক্যাটাগরিতেই তারা এগিয়ে আছে। অন্যান্য দেশ থেকেও অনেকেও লিস্টেড আছে। ভালোই সেল করছে। তারা ফান্ড পাচ্ছে না কেন? আমি বলবো আমি জানি না।
হুম, স্টার্ট আপ জিনিসটা কি তা এখনো আমার মাথায় ঢুকে না, নাকি প্রভাবশালী পজিশন ভিত্তিক একটা গোষ্ঠীর জন্য? আমার বাসার সামনে রিসার্চের দোকান আছে, সেখানেও দেখলাম স্ক্যালেবিলিটি ব্যাপার আছে। যেমন, সেখানে কম্পিউটার হার্ডওয়ার বেচাকেনা হচ্ছে, ইন্টারনেট সার্ভিস দিচ্ছে , সাথে এই ক্যাটাগরির অনেক কিছু। সেই দিনে যা বেচছে, তাই খাচ্ছে। কই তাঁর জন্য কোন বিনিয়োগ আসতে দেখলাম না। হুম, এখন বলতে পারেন, অনলাইন আসলে বা ইকমার্স হলেই বিনিয়োগ আসবে। আরও অনেক দোকানের ফেইসবুক পেইজ আছে। কই তারা তো বিনিয়োগ পাচ্ছে না। আপনি দেখাচ্ছেন , কিভাবে ফেইসবুক পেইজ খুলা যায়, ইউটিউব চ্যানেল খুলা যায়, কিভাবে সাইট বানানো যায়, সবাই বানাচ্ছে, কিন্তু স্টার্ট আপ ফান্ড নিয়ে অনেক শুনলাম, কিন্তু ১% এর চেয়েও কম হবে তারা পাচ্ছে, কেন, সমস্যাটা কোথায়? নাকি প্রভাব শালী বা বিদেশি কর্পোরেট লেভেলদের একটা মার্কেটিং গিমিগ।
ওকে! ওকে!! মনে মনে বিরোধিতা করতেই পারেন!! তাহলে আপনি এমাজনের মতন ইকমার্স অনলাইন শপ খুলেন। তাহলে আপনি ফান্ড ডলারে ভেসে যাবেন। তাহলে আমাকে গালি দিয়ে সময় নষ্ট করবেন কেন? আপনার পিছনে তখন সাংবাদিক ঘুরবে। সারাদিন অনলাইন উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের অনেকেই ফান্ড কিভাবে পাওয়া যায় তা নিয়ে অনেকে পড়াশুনা করছে, জানার চেষ্টা করছে। কিন্তু কোথা থেকে কিভাবে পাঠাও ভুঁড়ি ভুঁড়ি ফান্ড পাচ্ছে, তা আমি বলতে পারবো না। নাকি এখানেও মারপ্যাচ আছে। উবার থাকাকালে ভারতে ওলা ফান্ড পেয়েছে, তারপর এর আদলে অনেক স্টারআপ কম বেশি ফান্ড পেয়েছে। অন্যদের মতন ইউটিউব চ্যানেল , ফেইসবুক গ্রুপ খোলার মতন এই ধরনের একটা স্টার্ট আপনিও আপ বানান। আপনিও ফান্ড পাবেন। আপনার জন্য অগ্রিম শুভকামনা।
এখানেও অনেকে বিরোধিতা করতেই পারে, ফেইসবুকের মতন অনেক সোশিয়াল সাইট আছে, টুইটার, উইচ্যাট , কোরা তারা অনেক ফান্ড পাচ্ছে। তাহলে আপনি পাচ্ছে না কেন? সমস্যাটা কোথায়? নাকি ফান্ড এর ব্যাপারটা একটা গোষ্ঠীর জন্য নাকি কোন সিস্টেম বা ক্যাতাগরির জন্য? সেটা পরিষ্কার করে জানালেই হয়। এভাবে অনলাইন হাজার হাজার মানুষ দিনের পর পড়ে যাবে , চেষ্টা করে যাবে, কিন্তু কোথা থেকে শপ আপ ফান্ড পাবে, বড় বড় হাই প্রফাইলের লোকজন ফান্ড পাবে, সাকসেস স্টোরি হবে। আপনার মতন সাধারন মানুষ কেন সাকসেস হতে পারে । ধোঁয়াশার মধ্যে দিনের পর দিনে বছরের পর বছর হাতড়িয়ে যেতে হবে? আমি বলবো তা আমি জানি না।
তার চেয়ে মনে হয় পুকুর থেকে মাছ তুলে বাজারে বিক্রি করাটা অনেক সোজা মনে হয়। এমাজন অনলাইন শপ এর চেয়ে বেটার কিছু করছে না। কেউ নাচ গান শিখছে, কেউ স্টার হচ্ছে, আর নয়তো টিউশনি করে দুই বেলা বাচাদের শিখাতে পারছে। যেমন, নোবেল এখন স্টার।
আরেহ বাবা, স্টার্ট আপ শিক্ষিতদের জায়গা। আমার মতন অশিক্ষিতদের জায়গা না। হতে পারে, যেমন, আমার সফটওয়্যার ফার্ম নাই, কোডিং নলেজ নাই, মহাকাশ রকেট স্টার্ট আপ স্প্যাস এক্স , টেসলা, ডাটাবেইজড স্টার্ট আপ এর মতন অতো নলেজ নাই।
তাহলে আমার মতন লোকদের জায়গা কোথায়? ইউটিউব একাউন্ট খোলা শিখতে পারছি , একাউন্ট খুলে ফেলছি , ফেইসবুক গ্রুপ খুলে ফেলছি, কিন্তু স্টার্ট আপ শিখে স্টার্ট আপ করতে পারি না কেন ? সময় যাচ্ছে , শ্রম যাচ্ছে। কিন্তু যারা স্টার্ট আপ শিখাচ্ছে, তারা ঠিকই ফান্ড পাচ্ছে। নানা জায়গা সেলিব্রেট হচ্চছে , আমি আপনি হতে পারছি না। কেন, আপনি যখন অন্যদের মতন ক্লাস ৯-১০ পাশ করেছেন, তাহলে স্টার্ট আপ পারবেন না কেন?
হুম্, সরাসরি বলতেই পারেন, দক্ষতা নাই। তাহলে কি শিখছি, আমি বলবো আমি জানি না। ফান্ডিং বিষয়ে কিছুদিন আগে একটা ভিডিও দেখলাম , উনারা নাকি সফটওয়্যার ক্লোন হলে বা বড় কোন কোম্পানি সহজে বানিয়ে ফেললে তারা ফান্ড দেয় না। ওকে !! তাহলে মাইক্রোসফটেরও ফান্ড পাবার কথা না। এখন পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশে , ভারত, পাকিস্তান, এশিয়ার সবাই ক্লোন বা ক্রাক সফটওয়্যার ইউজ করে গেলাম।
সবকিছু বন্ধ করে যদি কেউ এভাবে স্টার্ট আপ শিখতে আসে, হয়তো ভাতে মরতে হবে। সারা দিন রাত ধরে স্টার্ট আপ শিখলেন , তারপর বলবে, আপনার যোগ্যতা কোথায়? সারাদিন রামায়ন শুনায়, তারপর বলে সীতা কার বাপ।
আমি কাউকে নিরুৎসাহিত করার জন্য লেখাটা লিখছি না। আমি চাই, আরও অনেক উদ্দ্যেক্তা হোক, ফান্ডিং ব্যাপারটা আরও স্পষ্ট হোক, সবার ক্যারিয়ারের পথ চলাটা আরও মসৃন হোক। কারণ, সরকার সহ অনেক মহলেই চাচ্ছে, ঘরে ঘরে উদ্দেক্তা হোক। আশা করি , ব্যাপারটা বিনোদন এর মতন ছেলে খেলা বা ওয়ান টু এর মতন কিছু হবে না। পৃথিবীকে উপহার দেবার মতন লাইফচেইঞ্জিং কিছু একটা হবে। সাধারন পর্যায়ে রিসার্চ এর জায়গাটা আরও বাড়ুক , ইনোভেশনে সাধারন মানুষের সম্প্ররক্ততা বাড়ুক। অন্তত মানুষের প্রচেষ্টা যাতে ব্যর্থ না যায়।

আগে কোন বিষয়ে দক্ষ হতে হবে তারপর আপনার ব্যবসার ফ্রেম অয়ার্ক তৈরি করতে হবে , অর্থাৎ যেটাকে mvp বলে, সার্ভিস দিলে কিভাবে দিবেন , কি কি লাগবে , কাকে দিবেন। ধুরন আপনি সফটওয়্যার রিলেটেড কোন সার্ভিস দিতে চান , অথবা ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সার্ভিস। ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সার্ভিস দিলে প্রথমে যে সার্ভিস দিবেন সেটা কোন কোন বিষয়ে দিতে পারেন , হতে পারে ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং , ওয়েব ডেভেলাপমেন্ট , এস ই ও সার্ভিস, ভিডিও কন্টেন্ট , সফটওয়্যার অথবা এপ্স ডেভেলাপমেন্ট । অর্থাৎ আপনাকে প্রডাক্ট অথবা সার্ভিস রিলেটেড বিষয়গুলা ভালো করে জানতে হবে। কোন কোন জায়গায় কাস্টমার অসুবিধায় পড়লে আপনি সেখানে সার্ভিস প্রদান করতে পারবেন বা আপনার সার্ভিস বা প্রডাক্ট কাজে আসবে এই সব বিষয়ে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে। এটি ভালো করে জানতে পারলে আপনার কন্টেন্ট মার্কেটিং এ অনেক সুবিধা হবে। কারন , আপনার প্রডাক্ট অথবা সার্ভিস বা মার্কেটিং অথবা প্রডাক্ট ডেভেলাপমেন্ট আপনার চেয়ে কেউ ভালো জানে না।
তারপর সেই বিষয়ে কিভাবে প্রান সঞ্চার করতে হয় সেটা জানতে হবে , অর্থাৎ mvp বা ডায়াগ্রামের এর পরে এর পর আপনি কি করবেন ? আপনাকে ফান্ড বা প্রডাক্ট বিক্রয়ের জন্য তৈরি হতে হবে । যাতে আপনার রেভিনিউ আসে। আপনার ব্যবসার কৌশল এমন হওয়া উচিত যাতে কাস্টমার বা ব্যবহারকারি থেকে টাকা আসে। তাহলে আপনার ফান্ড পেতে সুবিধা হবে। কারন বিনিয়োগকারি সহজে আপনার প্রডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস ভেল্যু বুঝতে পারে। আর বিনিয়োগকারি টাকা দিতে না চায় , তাহলে আপনার টাকা কাস্টমার থেকে যেন আসতে থাকে। যেমন, আপনার সামনে যে দোকান আছে, সেখানে কিন্তু ক্রেতা আসতেই থাকে, তেমনি আপনার ডিজিটাল স্টোর বা সার্ভিস এর জন্য ক্রেতা বা ব্যবহারকারী আসতেই থাকে। যেমন হতে পারে, হোস্টিং ইউজার, ওয়েব ডেভেলাপমেন্ট সার্ভিস এর জন্য ক্লায়েন্ট বা সফটওয়্যার রিলেটেড ক্লায়েন্ট । তবে ক্লায়েন্ট কিভাবে পেতে হবে সেই বিষয়ে দক্ষতা থাকতেই হবে। কারন এটাতো বাজারের মুদি দোকানের মতন কোন ক্রেতা না ।
ক্লায়েন্ট পেতে থাকেন আর মার্কেটিং করতে থাকেন। মার্কেটিং আপনার সার্ভিস বা পন্যের পরিকল্পনার উপর নির্ভর করে। এখন আপনি সফট ওয়্যার সার্ভিস দিতে চান , আপনি তো আর রান্না বান্নার গ্রুপে যেয়ে প্রমোশন চালাবেন না !! ঠিক তাই। আপনার পন্যের নিশ বা ক্যাটাগরি অনুযায়ী মার্কেটিং করতে হবে। এখন মার্কেটিং জিনিষটা অনেকটা কৌশলের উপর নির্ভর করে। কারোর আছে প্রচার নাই । কিন্তু পটেনশিয়াল বায়ার বেশি , আবার অনেকের দশ টাকা পন্যের মার্কেটিং খরচ কোটি টাকার যেমন ইউনিলিভার, গ্রামীনফোন এই রকম । এরা স্টক বা শেয়ার মার্কেটকে প্রাধান্য দিয়েই এই রকম কাজ করে। যাতে ক্রেতার আস্থা বাড়ে। এই রকম স্টার্ট আপ ও আছে, যেমন পাঠাও , উবার। এরা ঢালাও ভাবে প্রমোশন করে কারন যাতে বিনিয়োগরা আকৃষ্ট হয়।
কিন্তু এখন আপনি আইপিও , শেয়ার স্টক এর কথা বলতেই পারেন , কিভাবে কি করতে হয়। এই আর্টিকেল লেখার পর্যন্ত তেমন কোন আয়ডিয়া নাই । আমার নিজেরেও অনেক প্রশ্ন পরিষ্কার না।
কারন সরকারের কাছে বিনিয়োগকারিদের অনেক দাবি দাওয়া শুনি, অথচ ব্রোকার দের কাছে নাকি একবার শেয়ার কিনতে ২০% টাকা কমিশন দেয়া লাগে আবার বেচতে একই পরিমান টাকা লাগে। সাথে সরকারি ট্যাক্স , ফরম ফিলাপ আরও অনেক হিসাব নিকাশ থাকে। অর্থাৎ , আপনি ৫০০০ টাকা বা এক লাখ টাকা বিনিয়োগ করলে সরকার , ব্রোকারকে খুশি করার পর আপনার কাছে কিছুই থাকে না। আর লাভের অঙ্ক কষতে চাইলে মোটা অঙ্কের বিনিয়োগ করতে হয়। স্টার্ট আপের মধ্যে মনে হয় বিডি জবস, বিকাশ শেয়ার বাজারে লিস্টেড কোম্পানি। এখন আপনি জিজ্ঞেস করতে পারেন, শেয়ার বাজারে আপনার কোম্পানি লিস্টেড হবেন কিভাবে ? হ্যাঁ আপনি বলতেই পারেন DSE সাইটে দেয়া আছে। তাহলে বাকি সফল স্টার্ট আপ গুলা কেন লিস্টেড হতে পারে না , আমি বলবো আমি জানি না। এখন আপনি বলতেই SME এর ব্যাপারে কথা শুনেছিলাম। এই ব্যাপারে আমি কিছুই জানি না।
এখন মার্কেটিং এর ব্যাপারে বলতে গেলে ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং এর ব্যাপারে টুকটাক ব্যাপারে জানতে হবে, যেমন ফেইসবুক, গুগলে বুস্ট দেয়া। এখন নতুন কোন নতুন ডিজিটাল সোর্স পান সেগুলোতে অবশ্যই ট্রাই করবেন। কারন , ওগুলোতে ইম্প্রেশন বা রিচ বা ক্লিক ভালো আসে, দর্শকদের সহজে ফোকাসে আসে। অর্থাৎ টার্গেটিং কাস্টমার ভালো পাওয়া যায়। আমি viki তে ড্রামা দেখাকালীন বাংলা এডও প্রচার করতে দেখেছিলাম । ঈদের সময় বেশি হয়। ভারতে নেটফ্লিক্সেও ভালো এড প্রমোশন চালায়।

তারপর বিনিয়োগকারিদের কথা। এরা কিভাবে বিনিয়োগ করবে, কি কি দেখবে কিন্তু এই ব্যাপারে আমি বিস্তারিত কিছু বলতে পারবো না । এখন আপনি বলতে পারেন, অনেক ছোট ছোট ওয়েবসাইট এর এতো ভেলু বা এতো টাকায় বিক্রি হচ্ছে , সাইট তো আপনি ও বানাচ্ছেন , প্রমোশন করছেন, আপনার সাইট কি আলিবাবা, ওয়ারেন বাফেট বিকাশ এ যেভাবে বিনিয়োগ করেছে, সেভাবে বিনিয়োগ করবে? বলবেন, হয়তো আপনার কোম্পানির ভেলু নাই। তাহলে আপনার সাইট এর ভেলু বাড়ে না কেন , কিভাবে বাড়বে ? আমি বলবো আমি জানি না।
এখন আপনি বলতে পারেন, দোকান বিক্রি হলে তার পজিশন বিক্রি হবে, কিন্ত দোকান শুধু অনলাইন হলে কিভাবে ভেলু এড হবে? একজন দশ হাজার টাকা দিয়ে সাইট বানালো, তারপর বিশ হাজার টাকা বুস্ট করে একটা ক্রেতা পেলো, এখন এইখেত্রে ভেলু কত? আমি বলবো জানি না, আসলে টাকা কামায় কিভাবে আমি জানি না। এখন আপনি বলতে পারেব দোকানে এক ঘণ্টায় ১০০০ টাকার লেনদেন হলে ঐ দোকানের এক ঘণ্টার ভেলু এক হাজার টাকা, তারপর এটাকে বছরে বা দশ বছরে হিসাব করলে যত হয় তত। এখন এই হিসাব যদি অনলাইন এ করি তাহলে কি চলবে ? আমি হাজার টাকার বুস্ট করলাম, সব কিছু প্রুফ রাখলাম, তারপর একশো টাকার সেল করলাম, তাহলে তার ভেলু কতে হবে? তখন কি আমি ফান্ড পাবো। এমাজন, ফ্লিপকার্ট থাকা সত্ত্বেও আমি সেল করে দিলাম। তাহলে আমি ফান্ড পাবো না কেন?
ডোমেইনর ভেলু তো আর কোম্পানির ভেলু না। আপনার ব্লগ সাইট থেকে আপনার কোম্পানির প্রোডাক্টের পাশাপাশি এফিলিয়েট প্রোগ্রাম করতেই পারেন, সেটাও আস্তে আস্তে স্টার্ট আপ হতে পারে, কিন্তু কিভাবে হবে তা আমি জানি না। তখন কি উবার, পাঠাও, বিকাশের মতন বিলিয়ন ডলার ফান্ড পাবেন, তা আমি জানি না। কিন্তু আপনার প্রতি গুগলের দয়া হলে আপনি স্পন্সর বা এফিলিয়েট করে হ্যান্ডসাম এমাউন্ট ইনকাম করতে পারবেন। কারন, আমার তো ফেইসবুক আইডিও ডিলিট হয়ে যায়, সামান্য বাংলা ব্লগ সাইট খুলেছিলাম, র্যাংকিং আপডাউন করে। একই টপিকস নিয়ে লিখলে আমার র্যাঙ্ক এক রকম থাকবে, নিউজ সাইটের র্যাঙ্ক সবার আগে থাকবে। হ্যাঁ, অনেক র্যাঙ্কিং ফ্যাক্টর আছে, হাবিজাবি অনেক কিছু শুনতে হবে। কিন্তু সরকারি সাইট, গুগলের নতুন সার্ভিস, এমাজনের নতুন সার্ভিস আলাদা ডোমেইন নিয়ে কাজ করলেও তা সবার আগে থাকবে।
এখন আপনি বলতেই পারেন, এই বিনিয়োগকারিদের কাছে আপনার শেয়ার বিক্রি করে ফান্ড পেতে হবে। আমি বলবো 'না'। যেমন কে এফ সি ,ফ্র্যানচাইজি মডেল , কোয়ান্টাম এর মতন সার্ভিস বা ডোনেশন মডেল । অরগানেইজন ভিত্তিক হলে সাধারণত প্রডাক্ট বা স্পন্সর ভিত্তিক মডেল হয়। ওরা নিউজলেটার বা ইভেন্ট করে , সেখানে স্পন্সর বা বিজ্ঞাপন এর প্রচার করে। এখন আপনি বলতে পারেন, সার্চ ইংলিশ কোন মডেল আমি বলবো তা আমি জানি না। হ্যাঁ, অবশ্যই ইংরেজির ভালো প্লাটফর্ম। কিন্তু কোন মডেল আমি জানি না। আমি জানি না রবি কিভাবে টেন মিনিট স্কুলকে ফান্ড দিয়েছে। আরও অনেক গ্রুপ আছে, ভালই মেম্বার আছে। বিশ মিলিয়নের উপর অনেক গ্রুপ মেম্বার আছে। ইউটিউবেও অনেক সাবসাক্রাইব আছে। তাহলে তো তাদেরকে ফান্ড দেবার জন্য বিনিয়োগকারীরা দৌড়াদৌড়ি করতো। আরও অনেক ইলার্নিং ফেইসগ্রুপ আছে, ইউটিউব আছে, তাদেরকে ফান্ড দেয় না কেন? তারা কি ফান্ডের জন্য এপ্লাই করতে পারে না? আমি বলবো তা আমি জানি না।
এখন আপনি আস্তে আস্তে আপনার সার্ভিস বাড়াতে থাকবেন, যেটাকে স্ক্যালেবিলিটি বলে। নতুন প্রডাক্ট বা নতুন সার্ভিস প্রদান করতে থাকবেন। মার্কেট শেয়ার বাড়াতে থাকবেন। এখন মার্কেট শেয়ার বাড়ায় কিভাবে ? কারা এগুলো কিভাবে হিসাব করে- আমি বলবো তা আমি জানি না।
তারপর ফান্ডিং অনেকেই পাই, কিভাবে পাই , আমি জানি না। কারন , আমার চোখের সামনে আমি দেখি নাই। মোটা অঙ্কের ফান্ড পায় কিভাবে ? শুধুমাত্র ইনভেস্ট করে শেয়ার নিয়ে নেয় ? নাকি আরও কিছু ফ্যাক্টর আছে? আমি যা জানি পিচিং করে এপ্লাই করতে হয়। ওকে !! নাইচ এপ্রোচ!!
তাহলে এমাজন ঠিকই ফান্ড পাচ্ছে , এমাজন এ যারা বাই সেল করে অনেকটা ক্ষুদ্র উদ্দ্যেক্তার মতন তারা ফান্ড পাচ্ছে না কেন? অথচ গার্মেন্টস সহ ইন্ডাস্ট্রির অনেক ক্যাটাগরিতেই তারা এগিয়ে আছে। অন্যান্য দেশ থেকেও অনেকেও লিস্টেড আছে। ভালোই সেল করছে। তারা ফান্ড পাচ্ছে না কেন? আমি বলবো আমি জানি না।
হুম, স্টার্ট আপ জিনিসটা কি তা এখনো আমার মাথায় ঢুকে না, নাকি প্রভাবশালী পজিশন ভিত্তিক একটা গোষ্ঠীর জন্য? আমার বাসার সামনে রিসার্চের দোকান আছে, সেখানেও দেখলাম স্ক্যালেবিলিটি ব্যাপার আছে। যেমন, সেখানে কম্পিউটার হার্ডওয়ার বেচাকেনা হচ্ছে, ইন্টারনেট সার্ভিস দিচ্ছে , সাথে এই ক্যাটাগরির অনেক কিছু। সেই দিনে যা বেচছে, তাই খাচ্ছে। কই তাঁর জন্য কোন বিনিয়োগ আসতে দেখলাম না। হুম, এখন বলতে পারেন, অনলাইন আসলে বা ইকমার্স হলেই বিনিয়োগ আসবে। আরও অনেক দোকানের ফেইসবুক পেইজ আছে। কই তারা তো বিনিয়োগ পাচ্ছে না। আপনি দেখাচ্ছেন , কিভাবে ফেইসবুক পেইজ খুলা যায়, ইউটিউব চ্যানেল খুলা যায়, কিভাবে সাইট বানানো যায়, সবাই বানাচ্ছে, কিন্তু স্টার্ট আপ ফান্ড নিয়ে অনেক শুনলাম, কিন্তু ১% এর চেয়েও কম হবে তারা পাচ্ছে, কেন, সমস্যাটা কোথায়? নাকি প্রভাব শালী বা বিদেশি কর্পোরেট লেভেলদের একটা মার্কেটিং গিমিগ।
ওকে! ওকে!! মনে মনে বিরোধিতা করতেই পারেন!! তাহলে আপনি এমাজনের মতন ইকমার্স অনলাইন শপ খুলেন। তাহলে আপনি ফান্ড ডলারে ভেসে যাবেন। তাহলে আমাকে গালি দিয়ে সময় নষ্ট করবেন কেন? আপনার পিছনে তখন সাংবাদিক ঘুরবে। সারাদিন অনলাইন উদ্দ্যেক্তাদের অনেকেই ফান্ড কিভাবে পাওয়া যায় তা নিয়ে অনেকে পড়াশুনা করছে, জানার চেষ্টা করছে। কিন্তু কোথা থেকে কিভাবে পাঠাও ভুঁড়ি ভুঁড়ি ফান্ড পাচ্ছে, তা আমি বলতে পারবো না। নাকি এখানেও মারপ্যাচ আছে। উবার থাকাকালে ভারতে ওলা ফান্ড পেয়েছে, তারপর এর আদলে অনেক স্টারআপ কম বেশি ফান্ড পেয়েছে। অন্যদের মতন ইউটিউব চ্যানেল , ফেইসবুক গ্রুপ খোলার মতন এই ধরনের একটা স্টার্ট আপনিও আপ বানান। আপনিও ফান্ড পাবেন। আপনার জন্য অগ্রিম শুভকামনা।
এখানেও অনেকে বিরোধিতা করতেই পারে, ফেইসবুকের মতন অনেক সোশিয়াল সাইট আছে, টুইটার, উইচ্যাট , কোরা তারা অনেক ফান্ড পাচ্ছে। তাহলে আপনি পাচ্ছে না কেন? সমস্যাটা কোথায়? নাকি ফান্ড এর ব্যাপারটা একটা গোষ্ঠীর জন্য নাকি কোন সিস্টেম বা ক্যাতাগরির জন্য? সেটা পরিষ্কার করে জানালেই হয়। এভাবে অনলাইন হাজার হাজার মানুষ দিনের পর পড়ে যাবে , চেষ্টা করে যাবে, কিন্তু কোথা থেকে শপ আপ ফান্ড পাবে, বড় বড় হাই প্রফাইলের লোকজন ফান্ড পাবে, সাকসেস স্টোরি হবে। আপনার মতন সাধারন মানুষ কেন সাকসেস হতে পারে । ধোঁয়াশার মধ্যে দিনের পর দিনে বছরের পর বছর হাতড়িয়ে যেতে হবে? আমি বলবো তা আমি জানি না।
তার চেয়ে মনে হয় পুকুর থেকে মাছ তুলে বাজারে বিক্রি করাটা অনেক সোজা মনে হয়। এমাজন অনলাইন শপ এর চেয়ে বেটার কিছু করছে না। কেউ নাচ গান শিখছে, কেউ স্টার হচ্ছে, আর নয়তো টিউশনি করে দুই বেলা বাচাদের শিখাতে পারছে। যেমন, নোবেল এখন স্টার।
আরেহ বাবা, স্টার্ট আপ শিক্ষিতদের জায়গা। আমার মতন অশিক্ষিতদের জায়গা না। হতে পারে, যেমন, আমার সফটওয়্যার ফার্ম নাই, কোডিং নলেজ নাই, মহাকাশ রকেট স্টার্ট আপ স্প্যাস এক্স , টেসলা, ডাটাবেইজড স্টার্ট আপ এর মতন অতো নলেজ নাই।
তাহলে আমার মতন লোকদের জায়গা কোথায়? ইউটিউব একাউন্ট খোলা শিখতে পারছি , একাউন্ট খুলে ফেলছি , ফেইসবুক গ্রুপ খুলে ফেলছি, কিন্তু স্টার্ট আপ শিখে স্টার্ট আপ করতে পারি না কেন ? সময় যাচ্ছে , শ্রম যাচ্ছে। কিন্তু যারা স্টার্ট আপ শিখাচ্ছে, তারা ঠিকই ফান্ড পাচ্ছে। নানা জায়গা সেলিব্রেট হচ্চছে , আমি আপনি হতে পারছি না। কেন, আপনি যখন অন্যদের মতন ক্লাস ৯-১০ পাশ করেছেন, তাহলে স্টার্ট আপ পারবেন না কেন?
হুম্, সরাসরি বলতেই পারেন, দক্ষতা নাই। তাহলে কি শিখছি, আমি বলবো আমি জানি না। ফান্ডিং বিষয়ে কিছুদিন আগে একটা ভিডিও দেখলাম , উনারা নাকি সফটওয়্যার ক্লোন হলে বা বড় কোন কোম্পানি সহজে বানিয়ে ফেললে তারা ফান্ড দেয় না। ওকে !! তাহলে মাইক্রোসফটেরও ফান্ড পাবার কথা না। এখন পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশে , ভারত, পাকিস্তান, এশিয়ার সবাই ক্লোন বা ক্রাক সফটওয়্যার ইউজ করে গেলাম।
সবকিছু বন্ধ করে যদি কেউ এভাবে স্টার্ট আপ শিখতে আসে, হয়তো ভাতে মরতে হবে। সারা দিন রাত ধরে স্টার্ট আপ শিখলেন , তারপর বলবে, আপনার যোগ্যতা কোথায়? সারাদিন রামায়ন শুনায়, তারপর বলে সীতা কার বাপ।
আমি কাউকে নিরুৎসাহিত করার জন্য লেখাটা লিখছি না। আমি চাই, আরও অনেক উদ্দ্যেক্তা হোক, ফান্ডিং ব্যাপারটা আরও স্পষ্ট হোক, সবার ক্যারিয়ারের পথ চলাটা আরও মসৃন হোক। কারণ, সরকার সহ অনেক মহলেই চাচ্ছে, ঘরে ঘরে উদ্দেক্তা হোক। আশা করি , ব্যাপারটা বিনোদন এর মতন ছেলে খেলা বা ওয়ান টু এর মতন কিছু হবে না। পৃথিবীকে উপহার দেবার মতন লাইফচেইঞ্জিং কিছু একটা হবে। সাধারন পর্যায়ে রিসার্চ এর জায়গাটা আরও বাড়ুক , ইনোভেশনে সাধারন মানুষের সম্প্ররক্ততা বাড়ুক। অন্তত মানুষের প্রচেষ্টা যাতে ব্যর্থ না যায়।

as I am a business student in every semester I am to give a lot of presentations. from my experience I have made some tips to improve the presentation skills these I would like to share with all of you..
at first having a crystal clear idea about the topic in which you will talk.
secondly, creating slide that will make presentation more organised.
thirdly, get up is very important. formal dress is suitable to wear.
furthermore, body language creates a new dimension in presentation. eye contract is crucial, in some western countries not to look at eyes is considered as dishonor..
moreover, speak confidently and naturally. don't get nervous. sometimes I feel nervous when I follow I tricks. at that moment, I don't stand constantly and creates participatory environment and involve others in my discussion..

To improve presentation skill At first we need the knowledge of reading, writing, Speaking in English. Because without the knowledge of reading we can't write a sentence let alone speak infront of a lot of people. If we have the the knowledge of English or bangla reading than we can easily present our ideas. Most of the time in presentation we have to use English language than Bangla.To increase the knowledge of English reading we have to read more or write more.Than we should practise speaking in English.
For improving presentation skill search English has taken plenty setps.The steps are given bellow:
*Write 30 comment in a day:This step is very effective for improve the skill of reading or writing which is very important of presentation skill.Because to write a comment we have to read the post A to Z.that's why its very effective steps.
*try to write post :it increase the skill of writing and our thinking ability. Because to write a post we have to think on this topic.
*Uploading vedio :It help to improve the style of presentation. While we are present a topic infront of people that time the style of speaking attracted people more.by uploading vedio we can improve on that sector which is the major point of presentation.

Welcome to today’s adda. This comment is big. So, I divided it in two parts.
Part-I
Presentation skill is a very important skill. If you are a university student then often you have to do presentations on various topics in front of your classmates and teachers. I completed my B.A and M.A in English from North South University. In most of the courses, we had to submit a research paper and at the end of every semester and present our research paper in front of the class.
Presentation is primarily speaking but the problem is speaking is not the only part of a presentation. For a good presentation, you have to do certain things. Here I am sharing with you some of things I used to do for my presentation.
Before you prepare your presentation, you should know about the format of your presentation. For example,
Length: How long your presentation will be? Will it be 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes or more? Based on the length of your presentation, you have to prepare your speech and presentation materials. In many cases, the last five minutes or three minutes of a presentation session is allocated for Question/Answer session. It means, in a 15-minute presentation session, you will get 12 minutes to present and discuss your topic. Your classmates and teacher will ask you questions in the remaining 3 minute question answer session and you have to answer their queries.
You must talk to your teachers before presentation and clear these things.
Materials: Many universities have overhead projectors (picture) or multimedia projectors. If your university has overhead projector then you have to prepare presentation slides. In case of multimedia projector, you have to prepare a power point presentation using MS powerpoint.

Presentation speech: The first thing you have to do is to prepare a speech; what are you going to say in your presentation. This is the main component of your presentation.
Write what you want to say. Write down the main topic, then the sub-topics. Then write down all the points that you will discuss under topic and each sub-topic. Writing speech also helps you to speak fluently. When you write down your speech you make sure that your speech is precise and clear. This will help you to retain the attention of your audience.
Preparing power point or presentation slides: After you complete your speech, prepare the power point based on the speech.
Rehearsal and correction: After preparing your speech and power point presentation you have to do a rehearsal.
During your rehearsal, use a stopwatch to keep track of your presentation time limit. You must make sure that you complete your presentation within the given time limit. If your teacher tells you that you have to complete your presentation within 12 minutes and then answer questions for three minutes then you must make sure that you complete your presentation within 12 minutes. If you exceed the given time limit then it would clearly show that you were not well prepared for your presentation and end up getting low scores.
All smartphones and feature phones have stopwatches. When you start your presentation, start the stopwatch and see how long it is taking for you to complete your presentation.
If your speech is too long then make necessary corrections. Cut down your speech. This is very very important. You also have to make changes in your powerpoint according to your speech. So make all the necessary changes.
In this way, you have to rehearse, check the time, and make necessary changes or corrections. You should continue this until you make sure that you can complete your presentation within the given time limit.

Really i don't have enough knowledge about improve presentation skills. But i have some ideas to develop our presentation skills. Some of them ideas are below here.
1. Presentation is very important skills more than other skills. To develop presentation skills everyone should have to engage reading books. Without reading more anyone never develop his this skills. So everyone should have to read books more and more.
2. Be patience : if you want to increase your presentation skills you must be patience in everything. This skills you can't develop at the early stages. This is long time processing skills.
3. Practicing : one a proverbs that practice make a man perfect. So if you gain this skills you need practice more and more. When you read a book that's time you can practice by closing book for a moments .
4. Create video : by creating videos or odious voice you can develop your presentation skills. Don't worry first time you're voice may be bad . One time you will be create video lesson for a minute then you will listen your recording voice. After passing through then you presentation skills will be develope day by day.
5. Mentally preparation : the most important preparation is mentally preparation. Without mentally prepare you can't submit your presentation. So this skills is very important need. This is a important question that, how i can prepare?

Welcome to today’s adda. This comment is big. So, I divided it in two parts.
Part-I
Presentation skill is a very important skill. If you are a university student then often you have to do presentations on various topics in front of your classmates and teachers. I completed my B.A and M.A in English from North South University. In most of the courses, we had to submit a research paper and at the end of every semester and present our research paper in front of the class.
Presentation is primarily speaking but the problem is speaking is not the only part of a presentation. For a good presentation, you have to do certain things. Here I am sharing with you some of things I used to do for my presentation.
Before you prepare your presentation, you should know about the format of your presentation. For example,
Length: How long your presentation will be? Will it be 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes or more? Based on the length of your presentation, you have to prepare your speech and presentation materials. In many cases, the last five minutes or three minutes of a presentation session is allocated for Question/Answer session. It means, in a 15-minute presentation session, you will get 12 minutes to present and discuss your topic. Your classmates and teacher will ask you questions in the remaining 3 minute question answer session and you have to answer their queries.
You must talk to your teachers before presentation and clear these things.
Materials: Many universities have overhead projectors (picture) or multimedia projectors. If your university has overhead projector then you have to prepare presentation slides. In case of multimedia projector, you have to prepare a power point presentation using MS powerpoint.

Part-II
Presentation speech: The first thing you have to do is to prepare a speech; what are you going to say in your presentation. This is the main component of your presentation.
Write what you want to say. Write down the main topic, then the sub-topics. Then write down all the points that you will discuss under topic and each sub-topic. Writing speech also helps you to speak fluently. When you write down your speech you make sure that your speech is precise and clear. This will help you to retain the attention of your audience.
Preparing power point or presentation slides: After you complete your speech, prepare the power point based on the speech.
Rehearsal and correction: After preparing your speech and power point presentation you have to do a rehearsal.
During your rehearsal, use a stopwatch to keep track of your presentation time limit. You must make sure that you complete your presentation within the given time limit. If your teacher tells you that you have to complete your presentation within 12 minutes and then answer questions for three minutes then you must make sure that you complete your presentation within 12 minutes. If you exceed the given time limit then it would clearly show that you were not well prepared for your presentation and end up getting low scores.
All smartphones and feature phones have stopwatches. When you start your presentation, start the stopwatch and see how long it is taking for you to complete your presentation.
If your speech is too long then make necessary corrections. Cut down your speech. This is very very important. You also have to make changes in your powerpoint according to your speech. So make all the necessary changes.
In this way, you have to rehearse, check the time, and make necessary changes or corrections. You should continue this until you make sure that you can complete your presentation within the given time limit.

Really i don't have enough knowledge about improve presentation skills. But i have some ideas to develop our presentation skills. Some of them ideas are below here.
1. Presentation is very important skills more than other skills. To develop presentation skills everyone should have to engage reading books. Without reading more anyone never develop his this skills. So everyone should have to read books more and more.
2. Be patience : if you want to increase your presentation skills you must be patience in everything. This skills you can't develop at the early stages. This is long time processing skills.
3. Practicing : one a proverbs that practice make a man perfect. So if you gain this skills you need practice more and more. When you read a book that's time you can practice by closing book for a moments .
4. Create video : by creating videos or odious voice you can develop your presentation skills. Don't worry first time you're voice may be bad . One time you will be create video lesson for a minute then you will listen your recording voice. After passing through then you presentation skills will be develope day by day.
5. Mentally preparation : the most important preparation is mentally preparation. Without mentally prepare you can't submit your presentation. So this skills is very important need. This is a important question that, how i can prepare?

Welcome to today’s adda. Today’s adda topic is talking about your respective country. Well, back in 2006 I was working in Know More Media Blog Network. I wrote about South Asian countries. Today’s topic reminded me of this post I wrote on tourist attractions of Bangladesh. The title of the post was “12 reasons why you should travel Bangladesh: The land of Greenery.” Here I am giving the post in two parts.
Part-I
1) If you look at the location of Bangladesh then you will see that it lies on the south downward from the Himalayas. This country is basically a deltaic region formed on the mouth of rivers. The 1400 kilometer long coastline makes it a very attractive trading location since the ancient times. Suitable trading location, added with tropical climate and fertile soil made it a very prosperous country in the ancient times. All the famous travelers of ancient period, such as Hiuen Tsang, Fa Hien, Ibn Batuta (famous Moroccan traveler) described the beauty of “Banga or Bangala” (The ancient name of Bengal) in their travelogues.
2) Paharpur Buddha Vihara: The ancient Bengal was mainly ruled by Buddhist kings who built many viharas and temples around the country. Paharpur Buddha Vihara is one of the major Buddha viharas of seventh century. Buddhism entered in India in 5th century. Built on 27 acres of land the Vihara has a quadrangular court of more than 900 ft. This vihara was built during the rule of the Pala dynasty. In 1985, this site was included in the UNESCO’s world heritage list. This famous Buddhist site was first discovered by Buchanan Hamilton in 19th century. Alexander Cunningham, known as the “Father of Indian Archaeology” wanted to excavate this vihara but did not get permission from the local landlord.
3) Mahasthangarh: It is the oldest city and one of the main tourist attractions in North Bengal. The history of Pundranagara can be traced back to 3rd century B.C. It is situated on the western bank of the Korotoa River. During the reign of the Maurya, Gupta and Sena dynasty, it was the capital of Bengal. The total area measures 5000 ft. by 4500 ft. This site is of great importance to the Hindu community of Bangladesh. Some of the major sites of Mahasthangarh are: Govinda Bhita Temple, Khodai Pathar Mound, Mankalir Kunda, Parasuramer Bedi, Jiyat Kunda etc. Another major attraction of this area is the Mahasthangarh museum that exhibits recovered objects from Mahasthangarh.
4) Kantajee’s temple: Another great historical site of Bangladesh. It is one of the oldest temples built in 1752. The temple was partially destroyed by earthquake in 19th century. Still, it has many great things to offer to the tourists. The most noticeable feature of this temple is its terra quota plaques. These plaques are a great source of knowledge for the historians because the craftsmen who made these plates engraved pictures of the contemporary society, trees and plants, creatures, socio-economic condition of the people. Situated in Dinajpur, this temple was built by Maharaja Pran Nath. The temple is a three storied building.
5) Shat Gambuj Mosque: The period between 13th to 16th centuries is known as the medieval period. During this period, Islam spread all over Bengal. Saints and Sufis of Middle East, especially from Iraq, Iran, Turkistan and Samarqand spread Islam in this region. In addition, from thirteenth century onwards, the rulers of Bengal were Muslims. This mosque was built during that period. This mosque has many great features that show the ingenuity of the contemporary craftsmen.
6) Ahsan Manjil: This spectacular building, once the dwelling place of the famous Nawab family of Dhaka, is now turned into a museum. The building was named after Khaza Ahsanullah. The building contains thirty one rooms that are now turned into galleries. Situated on the bank of Buriganga, there is a dome on the top of the building which can be seen from a long distance. This building was actually built during the reign of the Mughals and was bought and sold to different person. Each of them reconstructed the building according to their own necessity. Hence, it lost many of its original features.

7) Tourist attractions of Old Dhaka city: Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh and one of the rapidly growing cities of the world. Its population is more than twelve million (12,479,000). The historical background of this city can be traced back to 7th century A.D. During the reign of the Mughals, it became an important administrative and economic center. After the Liberation war of 1971, the modernization of this city started. Now the city is divided into two parts: Old Dhaka and New Dhaka. Old Dhaka is the place where most of the historical sites are to be found: the Lalbagh fort, Choto katra & Borokatra, Hoseni Dalan, Dhakeshwari Mandir etc. If you are looking for excitement and fun then I would suggest you to visit Old Dhaka. The whole area is very congested, the streets are very narrow. The shops on the both sides of the streets are small. However there are many shops that are more than hundred years old. Another great attraction is the foods of old Dhaka.
8) Tourist attractions of New Dhaka city: The New Dhaka city started to grow after independence of Bangladesh. Some major features of the new Dhaka city are: comparatively wide roads, high rise buildings and shopping malls, various important administrative offices. The Parliament Building of Bangladesh, designed by famous American architecture Louis I. Kahn, in the 60’s, is a major landmark in the field of Bangladeshi architecture. Among other major tourist attractions there are: the National museum, the Science museum, the Liberation war Museum (Mukti Juddha Jadughar) and many more. So far, I have talked about various important historical sites. Now, I am going to talk about various natural sites. If you like Eco-tourism then Bangladesh is a good choice. Bangladesh has a tropical climate. On the south, lies the Bay of Bengal. Due to the Himalayan range on the south, the cold wind of Central Asia does not reach Bangladesh. On the other hand, the monsoon wind from Indian Ocean causes plenty of rainfalls. In addition, the alluvial soil of deltaic plain has made it very suitable for growing a wide range of crops all through the year. Not only crops but numerous trees and plants grow in Bangladesh.
9) Forests: Due to agriculture, fuel wood and other reasons the forest area of Bangladesh has decreased significantly. At present, the total forest covered area is only 0.27 million hectors. However, this small cover is very significant. There are mainly five types of forests in Bangladesh. They are: Tropical wet evergreen forest,Tropical semi-evergreen forest,Tropical moist deciduous forest,Tidal forest, and Plantation forest. Each of these forests has their own unique attractions in terms of flora and fauna.
10) Sundarbans (Tidal forest): The word “Sundarban” means “Beautiful forest.” It is the largest natural mangrove forest in the world. It was declared as a wildlife sanctuary in 1966. UNESCO has declared it a ‘World Heritage Site’ in 1997. It is the largest tiger reserve of the world. Royal Bengal Tiger (Panthera Tigris Tigris), Pallas Fishing Eagle, Masked Finfoot and many other animals are found in this forest. Among tree species Sundri (Heritiera fomes), Gewa (Excoecaria agallocha), Passur (Xylocarpus mekongensis) deserves mention. In 2001, Shell Oil Company planned to drill for oil in Sundarban but due to extreme pressure from different environmental groups, it decided not to proceed further. 11) Beach: Another great attraction for tourists. The Cox’s Bazaar has the longest sea beach of the world (120 kilometers). Situated 152 kilometers south of Chittagong, this place has great natural landscapes and beautiful sea beaches. There are several Buddhist pagodas. The major tourist attractions of Cox’s Bazaar are: Himchari, Inani, Tekhnaf, Moheshkhali, Sonadia Island, St. Martins Island and many more. 12) Another major attraction for travelers is Bangladeshi foods. The main feature of Bangladeshi food is that various kinds of spices are used in their preparation. Bangladesh foods are very popular in many European countries. In U.K, there are ten thousand Bangladeshi restaurants. Bangladeshi sweet is also very famous for its test. Sweets are eaten in many occasions in Bangladesh. Various kinds of sweets and sweet dishes are prepared during religious festivals. In marriage ceremonies sweets are a very important element. If you go to some one’s house for the first time in Bangladesh, you should bring some sweets for your host.

Bangladesh is a densely populated country in south Asia. it is surrounded by India in west and Myanmar in east. we became independent in 1971 after a 9 month long war with Pakistan. it has large number of population approximately 17 crore in area of 147570 square kilometers. here most of the peoples are Muslim in religion around 90 percent but there are also other religion peoples like Hindu, Buddhist, and christian also. all the peoples from different religion live here with peace and harmony. our mother language is bangla and we are the only nation who fight for their mother tongue and achieve it in 21 February 1952 by sacrificing our life. now it celebrate as international mother language day worldwide and UNESCO recognize it. we celebrate all the festivals from all religions in our country nicely and with amity. rice is main food of our country. peoples are involved in several types of occupations like farming, business and service in public and private sectors too. there are beautiful and historical places to visit in our country..like the largest sea beach in coxs bazar, mangrove forest in khulna, tea garden in sylhet and many other temples and jamidarbari situated in isolated areas. our economic condition is improving also as the reserves in Bangladesh bank is increased, per capita income, GDP also raised from before. we have few problems also in our country like poverty, illiteracy, terrorism and corruption. we should work together to remove those problems and love our country.

Welcome to today’s adda. Today’s adda topic is talking about your respective country. Well, back in 2006 I was working in Know More Media Blog Network. I wrote about South Asian countries. Today’s topic reminded me of this post I wrote on tourist attractions of Bangladesh. The title of the post was “12 reasons why you should travel Bangladesh: The land of Greenery.” Here I am giving the post in two parts.
Part-I
1) If you look at the location of Bangladesh then you will see that it lies on the south downward from the Himalayas. This country is basically a deltaic region formed on the mouth of rivers. The 1400 kilometer long coastline makes it a very attractive trading location since the ancient times. Suitable trading location, added with tropical climate and fertile soil made it a very prosperous country in the ancient times. All the famous travelers of ancient period, such as Hiuen Tsang, Fa Hien, Ibn Batuta (famous Moroccan traveler) described the beauty of “Banga or Bangala” (The ancient name of Bengal) in their travelogues.
2) Paharpur Buddha Vihara: The ancient Bengal was mainly ruled by Buddhist kings who built many viharas and temples around the country. Paharpur Buddha Vihara is one of the major Buddha viharas of seventh century. Buddhism entered in India in 5th century. Built on 27 acres of land the Vihara has a quadrangular court of more than 900 ft. This vihara was built during the rule of the Pala dynasty. In 1985, this site was included in the UNESCO’s world heritage list. This famous Buddhist site was first discovered by Buchanan Hamilton in 19th century. Alexander Cunningham, known as the “Father of Indian Archaeology” wanted to excavate this vihara but did not get permission from the local landlord.
3) Mahasthangarh: It is the oldest city and one of the main tourist attractions in North Bengal. The history of Pundranagara can be traced back to 3rd century B.C. It is situated on the western bank of the Korotoa River. During the reign of the Maurya, Gupta and Sena dynasty, it was the capital of Bengal. The total area measures 5000 ft. by 4500 ft. This site is of great importance to the Hindu community of Bangladesh. Some of the major sites of Mahasthangarh are: Govinda Bhita Temple, Khodai Pathar Mound, Mankalir Kunda, Parasuramer Bedi, Jiyat Kunda etc. Another major attraction of this area is the Mahasthangarh museum that exhibits recovered objects from Mahasthangarh.
4) Kantajee’s temple: Another great historical site of Bangladesh. It is one of the oldest temples built in 1752. The temple was partially destroyed by earthquake in 19th century. Still, it has many great things to offer to the tourists. The most noticeable feature of this temple is its terra quota plaques. These plaques are a great source of knowledge for the historians because the craftsmen who made these plates engraved pictures of the contemporary society, trees and plants, creatures, socio-economic condition of the people. Situated in Dinajpur, this temple was built by Maharaja Pran Nath. The temple is a three storied building.
5) Shat Gambuj Mosque: The period between 13th to 16th centuries is known as the medieval period. During this period, Islam spread all over Bengal. Saints and Sufis of Middle East, especially from Iraq, Iran, Turkistan and Samarqand spread Islam in this region. In addition, from thirteenth century onwards, the rulers of Bengal were Muslims. This mosque was built during that period. This mosque has many great features that show the ingenuity of the contemporary craftsmen.
6) Ahsan Manjil: This spectacular building, once the dwelling place of the famous Nawab family of Dhaka, is now turned into a museum. The building was named after Khaza Ahsanullah. The building contains thirty one rooms that are now turned into galleries. Situated on the bank of Buriganga, there is a dome on the top of the building which can be seen from a long distance. This building was actually built during the reign of the Mughals and was bought and sold to different person. Each of them reconstructed the building according to their own necessity. Hence, it lost many of its original features.

7) Tourist attractions of Old Dhaka city: Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh and one of the rapidly growing cities of the world. Its population is more than twelve million (12,479,000). The historical background of this city can be traced back to 7th century A.D. During the reign of the Mughals, it became an important administrative and economic center. After the Liberation war of 1971, the modernization of this city started. Now the city is divided into two parts: Old Dhaka and New Dhaka. Old Dhaka is the place where most of the historical sites are to be found: the Lalbagh fort, Choto katra & Borokatra, Hoseni Dalan, Dhakeshwari Mandir etc. If you are looking for excitement and fun then I would suggest you to visit Old Dhaka. The whole area is very congested, the streets are very narrow. The shops on the both sides of the streets are small. However there are many shops that are more than hundred years old. Another great attraction is the foods of old Dhaka.
8) Tourist attractions of New Dhaka city: The New Dhaka city started to grow after independence of Bangladesh. Some major features of the new Dhaka city are: comparatively wide roads, high rise buildings and shopping malls, various important administrative offices. The Parliament Building of Bangladesh, designed by famous American architecture Louis I. Kahn, in the 60’s, is a major landmark in the field of Bangladeshi architecture. Among other major tourist attractions there are: the National museum, the Science museum, the Liberation war Museum (Mukti Juddha Jadughar) and many more. So far, I have talked about various important historical sites. Now, I am going to talk about various natural sites. If you like Eco-tourism then Bangladesh is a good choice. Bangladesh has a tropical climate. On the south, lies the Bay of Bengal. Due to the Himalayan range on the south, the cold wind of Central Asia does not reach Bangladesh. On the other hand, the monsoon wind from Indian Ocean causes plenty of rainfalls. In addition, the alluvial soil of deltaic plain has made it very suitable for growing a wide range of crops all through the year. Not only crops but numerous trees and plants grow in Bangladesh.
9) Forests: Due to agriculture, fuel wood and other reasons the forest area of Bangladesh has decreased significantly. At present, the total forest covered area is only 0.27 million hectors. However, this small cover is very significant. There are mainly five types of forests in Bangladesh. They are: Tropical wet evergreen forest,Tropical semi-evergreen forest,Tropical moist deciduous forest,Tidal forest, and Plantation forest. Each of these forests has their own unique attractions in terms of flora and fauna.
10) Sundarbans (Tidal forest): The word “Sundarban” means “Beautiful forest.” It is the largest natural mangrove forest in the world. It was declared as a wildlife sanctuary in 1966. UNESCO has declared it a ‘World Heritage Site’ in 1997. It is the largest tiger reserve of the world. Royal Bengal Tiger (Panthera Tigris Tigris), Pallas Fishing Eagle, Masked Finfoot and many other animals are found in this forest. Among tree species Sundri (Heritiera fomes), Gewa (Excoecaria agallocha), Passur (Xylocarpus mekongensis) deserves mention. In 2001, Shell Oil Company planned to drill for oil in Sundarban but due to extreme pressure from different environmental groups, it decided not to proceed further. 11) Beach: Another great attraction for tourists. The Cox’s Bazaar has the longest sea beach of the world (120 kilometers). Situated 152 kilometers south of Chittagong, this place has great natural landscapes and beautiful sea beaches. There are several Buddhist pagodas. The major tourist attractions of Cox’s Bazaar are: Himchari, Inani, Tekhnaf, Moheshkhali, Sonadia Island, St. Martins Island and many more. 12) Another major attraction for travelers is Bangladeshi foods. The main feature of Bangladeshi food is that various kinds of spices are used in their preparation. Bangladesh foods are very popular in many European countries. In U.K, there are ten thousand Bangladeshi restaurants. Bangladeshi sweet is also very famous for its test. Sweets are eaten in many occasions in Bangladesh. Various kinds of sweets and sweet dishes are prepared during religious festivals. In marriage ceremonies sweets are a very important element. If you go to some one’s house for the first time in Bangladesh, you should bring some sweets for your host.

Hello everyone,
Welcome to today's adda. In Bangladesh, we do not have much scope of speaking English language because our country is a mono-lingual country. It means most of the people in our country use and understand Bengali language. Even the small number of ethnic people who speak their own languages can also understand Bengali. English, on the other hand, is not widely spoken by the common people.
Hence, the best way to develop English speaking skill is by making videos.
Making English videos in Search English group has following benefits-
== When you regularly read English, your pronunciation improves.
== When you make English videos regularly, you develop a capacity to speak English spontaneously. You do not hesitate or fear.
== When other people listen to your video, they also develop their English listening skill.
When I used to study with Razib Ahmed vai, he one day told me to practice English speaking in university campus. I did it seriously for three months and it helped me a lot. However, you guys are luckier than me because you have Facebook and Razib Ahmed vai developed great ways to use Facebook to develop English skill. I did not have such opportunity. If you record videos regularly, you will improve rapidly.

After study 12 year or after completing graduation many of us afraid to speak fluently 5 or 10 ten minute let alone illiterate people. Really its the matter of sorrow for us.Making video is a fantastic solution for us to build speaking skill which is very important for us.Already Search English has proved it that by making vedio in this group anyone can gather the skill of speaking fluently. In this many member who are not involved in study at present and liven in abroad for their livelihood, they became make their weakness as strength in English by practise here or making video.Besides this, a huge number of students is a part of this group who are afraid to learn English let alone speak.But at present they improve their skill a lot and now they can easily speak English fluently and Understand all article written English and obviously now they can use their Skill in real life.

Like others regular members, I also decided to make video and upload here.So I made some videos.But I couldn’t upload them because of wifi problem.
Then I decided to make at least one long vide per day.And I am continuing with that.
For making this video, now I feel comfortable to continue my speaking.My fluency is increasing day by day.
I am just improving and hesitation is going on step by step.
I hope after three months, I will be able to be a fluent english speaker if I can be able to continue with it.

Making video is very important to create a fluent English speakers. Although it's play a vital role in our skills development. First time i don't know how it can develop our skills? Finally I fully understand and although appreciate it's methods of creating one by one success story.

In search English group most of the members getting lots of benefit from making video. Its increase speaking spead. Now many members can speak English with another person and foreigners. Welcome to today's adda. In Bangladesh, we do not have much scope of speaking English language because our country is a mono-lingual country. It means most of the people in our country use and understand Bengali language. Even the small number of ethnic people who speak their own languages can also understand Bengali. English, on the other hand, is not widely spoken by the common people.
Hence, the best way to develop English speaking skill is by making videos.
Making English videos in Search English group has following benefits-

When I used to study with Razib Ahmed vai, he one day told me to practice English speaking in university campus. I did it seriously for three months and it helped me a lot. However, you guys are luckier than me because you have Facebook and Razib Ahmed vai developed great ways to use Facebook to develop English skill. I did not have such opportunity. If you record videos regularly, you will improve rapidly.

After study 12 year or after completing graduation many of us afraid to speak fluently 5 or 10 ten minute let alone illiterate people. Really its the matter of sorrow for us.Making video is a fantastic solution for us to build speaking skill which is very important for us.Already Search English has proved it that by making vedio in this group anyone can gather the skill of speaking fluently. In this many member who are not involved in study at present and liven in abroad for their livelihood, they became make their weakness as strength in English by practise here or making video.Besides this, a huge number of students is a part of this group who are afraid to learn English let alone speak.But at present they improve their skill a lot and now they can easily speak English fluently and Understand all article written English and obviously now they can use their Skill in real life.

I want to share my thinking about this topic.
Like others regular members, I also decided to make video and upload here.So I made some videos.But I couldn’t upload them because of wifi problem.
Then I decided to make at least one long vide per day.And I am continuing with that.
For making this video, now I feel comfortable to continue my speaking.My fluency is increasing day by day.
I am just improving and hesitation is going on step by step.
I hope after three months, I will be able to be a fluent english speaker if I can be able to continue with it.

i made videos in two ways as others are doing. One is by reading books and another is by giving any speech on any topic. in case of reading videos it increases my reading speed and fast understanding. And speech video gives me confidence to speak with others.

The importance of making videos in this group is so huge to describe. From that day when I start to make videos in this group I notice a lot of change to me. I think making video like a baby, when a baby start to talk then first time he can't speak, he can say one or two word. But day by day he can increasing that how can guess other's people speak. Thus, when you start make videos then firstly you can't, but day by day you can increase like baby

If we want to improve our speaking skill, making video give us more benefit.we can practice speaking by it.
Sometime we want to practice speaking English but we don't get anybody to do it with us.Then we think how can we practice?

at first start to making video journey I think maximum peoples are haven't ability to speak in front of camara..so they start to recites articles and making video..I also one of them...but when we read articles or book that time our reading speed is increasing.... not only it but also we are pronunciate the difficult word easily... 675

Although, I didn't make any videos for speaking English practice but I have seen many members in this who have got a lot of improvement by making videos in search English group.
When, They didn't any making videos for practice speaking English then they was very weak in speak in English like present me.
By making videos reduce our shy,afraid, hesitation, etc which is very common problems all of biggeners members.
